"I stopped by for a late dinner tonight after a long day at work and decided to use the drive-thru. My order was taken promptly at the speaker, but we ended up waiting over 10 minutes to reach the window, even though there was only one car ahead of us. Once at the window, we waited nearly 15 minutes before receiving our bag of food. Unfortunately, when I checked, I realized that one sandwich was missing. I parked out front and went inside to retrieve the missing sandwich, which took another 15 minutes. During this time, the staff were throwing things around, displaying an unpleasant attitude, and seemed annoyed about having to fix the order. Once I finally got the corrected order with the paid items, I returned to the car, only to find that both sandwiches, fries, and the mac and cheese bites were cold. I am very disappointed with my experience at this Arby’s in Zephyrhills. I won’t be returning for quite some time, which is unfortunate because I would choose a roast beef sandwich over a burger any day. It looks like I'll be eating more burgers in the near future. Please do better, Arby’s staff!"

I?ve been twice in the past two weeks and have been very happy both times. They?ve double checked that we had our full order and made sure we had plenty of sauces to go with it. The staff has also been very nice!

Ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. When I got home it was a roast beef 'burger '. They had ground left-over roast beef and were selling it as a classic sandwich. It was one of the worst sandwiches I have had there and will never go back! Buyersbeware.

My fries took an eternity to arrive, and when the food finally came, the meat didn't look good at all—it had a yellow tint on the sides and didn't seem right. I was here at this location and it was nice, but tonight I was very disappointed! The young man who took our order was okay but the drink fountain was out of ice, everything you needed for your sandwich was empty but the napkins, no lids for the drinks.The place was empty but none of the employees came out to refill anything and clean up the area.

Good as usual about 97% of the time. I usually get a Beef n Cheddar, 5 Chicken Strips and 4 motts sticks.Just hate how expensive they have gotten over the years, HOWEVER, I have been using their online ordering/pick up because the deals they have (coupon wise) usually end up saving me a good amount.Kid-friendliness: I have 4 daughters so the kids meals are nice to get them! And different from the usual Burger or Nuggets at BK or McDonalds.
