"I don't know what happened to this place. it is as if the personal tries to lead the place into the floor. that was our place before. for the high price they pay, they should at least dress with their salat. even if it kindly remembers, it still doesn't happen. the personal cannot follow the simplest instructions. the only consistency with the place is the order always confused. spend money elsewhere. we're eating the same as here. we have given them too many attempts where we think we finally get what we order. it's a shame."

"Order was incorrect. Had to drive across town again to correct. Was offered another set of curly fries a compensation. Refused and asked for my money back for the sandwich I did not receive. First time I have ever been to a restaurant who did not accept responsibility for their actions. Check your order before you leave or better still don't go."

"We were truly impressed by the flavor and quality of the food! I ordered the roast beef, my husband had two chicken sandwiches, and our daughter chose a roast beef slider kids meal. Additionally, we decided to sample the chicken bacon ranch crinkle fries. Everything was absolutely fantastic! I truly hope they keep those fries on the menu! They were simply out of this world! My husband usually doesn't swear, but he exclaimed, "THAT IS DAMN GOOD!" Even the diet Dr. Pepper tasted crisper! I can't express enough how wonderful this experience was!"

"I stopped by for a late dinner tonight after a long day at work and decided to use the drive-thru. My order was taken promptly at the speaker, but we ended up waiting over 10 minutes to reach the window, even though there was only one car ahead of us. Once at the window, we waited nearly 15 minutes before receiving our bag of food. Unfortunately, when I checked, I realized that one sandwich was missing. I parked out front and went inside to retrieve the missing sandwich, which took another 15 minutes. During this time, the staff were throwing things around, displaying an unpleasant attitude, and seemed annoyed about having to fix the order. Once I finally got the corrected order with the paid items, I returned to the car, only to find that both sandwiches, fries, and the mac and cheese bites were cold. I am very disappointed with my experience at this Arby’s in Zephyrhills. I won’t be returning for quite some time, which is unfortunate because I would choose a roast beef sandwich over a burger any day. It looks like I'll be eating more burgers in the near future. Please do better, Arby’s staff!"

"The drive through was packed with the after church crowd. I ran in to get a to go order. My first thought, this was a mistake but the manager (Cole) was on it. The older guy in front of me got his order very quickly and he stopped Cole and told him theywere doing a great job. Cole was continuing to encourage the cook staff as he bagged orders in the drive through and inside. Iwas impressed to see a young man working that hard at his job. We need more people like him. My order was the best turkey baconranch wrap ever! Thank you!"

"I usually receive excellent service when I visit this restaurant, but on the night of February 17th, 2024, around 8 PM, the experience was disappointing. It was just my 9-year-old son and my husband with me, and the service we received was rude. I can't help but think it might have been related to racism. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location."

"If I could give a zero rating, I would. This was by far the worst food I've ever had. The beef on the Big Cheddar tasted waterlogged, and the fries weren’t crinkle-cut; they were just cold and wrinkled. The soda was flat and tasteless, and they didn’t include the slider for my child. It definitely wasn’t worth navigating traffic to go back, so we ended up throwing it away at a park nearby. Arbys had responded to a previous review with a link to their customer care, but why bother when they don’t actually respond? It feels like they just brush you off. When you see an Arby’s response to reviews encouraging people to contact them, it's just empty talk. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. I waited for 30 minutes just to place my order, and during that time, my car barely moved. The line extended all the way to the Best Buy stop sign, which made the wait feel even longer. It would be great if the staff could work more efficiently to improve the drive-thru experience."

"I haven't eaten at Arby's in many years, and I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. I had old assumptions about it being just another typical fast food joint, but it exceeded my expectations. The fries are simply unbeatable, and the gyro was far better than what you usually find in fast food today. The cashiers, Alex and Dylan, were very polite and helpful, which was impressive given their young age. It's refreshing to see employees creating a positive atmosphere in a setting that can often feel dreary (like many fast food places). Everything was clean, and the seating area was well-organized. I highly recommend this location; it will definitely surprise you!"

"Actually went BACK to this store after taking food home from drive thru, both sandwiches poorly lacking meat. They denied the sad looking turkey sandwich which looked like it was made by a 1st grader for a 1st grader. Asked them to weigh the meat and it was 1/3 what it was supposed to be. And they weren’t even apologetic. This site serves consistently poor food, and it used to be good. Poor management."

"We visited the Chicopee, MA restaurant. I'm not crazy about roast beef, but my husband enjoys a roast beef sandwich occasionally. He ordered that (I couldn't tell you which one) and I got the deluxe fish sandwich. It had a good size piece of breaded white fish, lettuce and tomato and cheese on a sesame bun. It was very good! I used to like the Wendy's fish sandwich, but this one is much better. I'll go back again for this. My husband said his roast beef was very good too."

"We had a chocolate jamocha shake, but it wasn't very good. The sandwiches were soggy and unappetizing, and the strips were more like tiny nuggets. We won't be returning to this restaurant. The service was decent, but the food and atmosphere were lacking. For lunch, the price per person was $10-20. Food rating: 1, Service rating: 3, Atmosphere rating: 3."

"Stopped in for the first time here since I was working in the area. I understand this is supposed to be Fast Food and I understand the issues of finding People to work. But the lack of accuracy with completing an order is ridiculous. I had one order of 1 meal. I was handed a Small Soda when a Large was ordered then after I had left the store and finally got a chance to get a drink it wasn't even the correct soda after the size mistake was made. I don't care if I have to wait an extra 30 seconds to 5 minutes to make sure my order is correct but get it right. Read back my order to make sure it's correct. Anything to prevent issues."

"Very bad experience ordering from here. I had a simple coupon with me and mentioned it before ordering my food. The female employee obviously did not understand what the coupon stood for (which was to order 2 chicken sandwiches for $5 max 5 chicken sandwiches per order, per visit). First, she said the coupon is only valid if I order 6 sandwiches (what Then, she corrected herself by saying the coupon is valid only if I buy 2 sets of 5 chicken sandwiches, which is 10 total (trust me, I’m confused too if you got this far). For the sake of argument, I just ordered 6 chicken sandwiches so I could move on after what felt like forever. Once I’m at the window, the female worker (receipt said her name was Fancy), was not polite whatsoever. I handed her my coupon and explained to her what the conditions were of the coupon (she didn’t even bother to look) and she said “$25” in a rude tone and basically rushed me to pay without even hearing what I had to say.I worked in customer service for quite a few years, and not once did I not try to understand and take into account the customer’s point of view. Overall, “Fancy” needs some retraining on her customer service skills maybe reconsider working in the fast-food industry.P.S., she wasn’t wearing her name tag at the window, which just shows that she’s probably been complained about before by other customers in the past."
