"I visited Arby's around 3:30 a.m., and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service in the drive-thru—it only took a few minutes. The woman who took my order was very friendly, even though I imagine it was difficult for her to hear me (my car has a loud squeak, and I tend to speak softly). The guy who served me at the window was also fantastic. I ordered my favorite, the Beef and Cheddar, which is always delicious, and I decided to try the macaroni and cheese as well. I have to say, I was really impressed with the mac and cheese—it was excellent. Great job, Arby's and the staff at this location!"

Attempted to order a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich. Upon opening it at home, discovered there was NO CHICKEN on my chicken sandwich. The level of idiocy required to make a chicken sandwich without chicken is literally incomprehensible to me.
