"We kicked off our meal with Papadum, BBQ Burnt Ends Lettuce Wraps, and Dumplings made with soy meat, all of which were remarkable. The presentation was breathtaking, and the flavors were fantastic. We also enjoyed a couple of drinks: the Kashmiri Nibu, which features bourbon, and Diya's Gin Tonic. Both were absolutely divine and clearly crafted with care.
For our second course, we indulged in Gobi Manchurian (crispy cauliflower), Eggplant Bharta, Palak Paneer, Garlic Naan, and Cheeseburger Dosa. Once again, the presentation was impressive, and each dish felt like it was made with love. The Dosa was definitely my favorite; I’ve never encountered or tasted anything quite like it.
For dessert, we were tempted by three options: Tiramisu, Guava Cheesecake, and Mango Cheesecake. Oh my goodness – all three were simply out of this world. I found myself questioning if they were truly vegan! If only I had veggies prepared this way during my childhood; I’d happily eat these dishes every day.
If you're seeking something different from the usual Asian or steakhouse fare and are open to trying new things, this restaurant is a must-visit. The ambiance is beautiful, the vegan cuisine is top-notch, and the service is outstanding."
