"The pizza was delicious, but the order process was not quite as enjoyable. We all loved the perfectly cooked crust, the flavorful red sauce, and the fresh meat toppings, including delicious meatballs with spaghetti and crispy vegetables in the salad. However, our order had ingredients that we didn’t request and missed some that we did, which was frustrating and time-consuming. This meant we couldn’t all eat together, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem willing to address the issue or correct the order."

"We have enjoyed Viggiano’s for many years. It is a family owned and run business. Everyone has always been welcoming , warm and pleasant. We never have had to wait for our table, reservations are taken seriously. All our servers have been cordial and helpful. Never have we been disappointed with food presentation and taste. The cherry on top is that this remarkable restaurant is priced so reasonably……need to return there soon!"

"We enjoyed the beef noodle salad and the tofu curry—both were outstanding. It's wonderful to have a grass-fed beef option so close by. We will definitely return! The wine selection was impressive, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. The fireplace added a beautiful ambiance. Thank you, Chester Creek!"

"This was our first time at Jessica Tuesdays, and we were extremely pleased! I had roast duck with risotto. The skin on the duck was perfectly crisp! I love roast duck but in other places the skin often isn't crisp at all, or barely so. This was fantastic, and not over spiced so that I could taste the rich dark meat. But the real surprise for me was a side of pears poached in port wine. I had never heard of such a thing. The flavor was amazing, especially with a bite of duck and the creamy risotto The service was quite friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere was wonderful, though the music was a bit loud. It made it difficult to hear my sweetheart. (True confession time: After 30+ years of marriage, sometimes I'm more than ok with difficulty, especially if I forgot to do something "

"We had dinner at Rosalina’s before going to PPAC. The antipasto was plenty for two people and was excellent. I had the roasted Brussels sprouts appetizer as my main course and it was fabulous and so large a portion that I couldn’t finish it! My wife had the swordfish and loved it. The wine choices were great...we had the Nebbiolo. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Cafe Lore is the perfect spot when you’re in no hurry and want to indulge in a leisurely multi-course dinner paired with wine. Brian, who serves as the owner, chef, and server, is a truly unique individual with a genuine love for meeting people and a deep passion for exceptional food and hospitality. If you have somewhere to be, just let him know ahead of time, and he’ll speed things up for you. Otherwise, he assumes you’re there to savor the meal and experience, not rush through it—a refreshing change in this city. I tried the pumpkin ravioli with Alfredo on his recommendation, and though it might sound unusual, it works wonderfully, much like a creamy butternut bisque. My boyfriend, a serious eggplant parm enthusiast, was genuinely impressed with his dish. As a special surprise, Brian brought us some of his homemade coconut ice cream for dessert, which was delightful—I can’t wait to return for more. This place truly stands out!"

"Upon arrival, I heard yelling in the kitchen and was immediately put off by two employees arguing. After being seated by one of the servers, she went back into the kitchen and proceeded with her shouting match.I decided to stay because the yelling quickly quieted down shortly thereafter, but another customer was put off enough to leave.I ordered the tofu spring roll, which was excellent. The peanut sauce was unique; not sure I 'd call it great, but definitely good. Also got a bowl of the rare-steak pho; terrific temperature, almost bubbling just the way I like it; however, the broth flavor was bland. Those two orders together cost $25! Definitely a ripoff. They also turned their 'Open ' sign off at 9:10P, even though the sign on the door clearly says 9:30P.If it weren 't for the spring rolls, this would be an easy 1-star."

"Great company, friendly service and good food. What's not to like?! The three of us had not been to Patxi's in several years so we were hoping they still serve up a good meal. The restaurant had opened at 11:30 and we walked in after watching some entertainment going on in front of the Bankhead. Other than a large party coming in for a celebration, the place was not crowded for a Saturday afternoon. The hostess greeted us and asked if we would like to sit at a tall table or a booth. We chose a booth which we found to be quite spacious. Menus and little glasses of water were brought to us promptly. Our server was gracious and sweet and he explained the pizza lunch combos. We ordered two lunch specials which consisted of a slice of pizza and choice of salad and our other friend ordered the burrata caprese sandwich (burrata, tomato, basil pesto, red onion on herb focaccia). I mentioned that there used to be an arugula salad that I still remember to this day, but I noticed it was no longer offered. Our server said they could still make it for us even though it is no longer on the menu. Sweet! My friend and I ordered the deep dish spinach and mushroom slice along with the arugula salad. The salads arrived quickly and it was a good-sized, beautiful salad with grated cheese on top. The arugula was impressively fresh! The server offered freshly ground pepper which was the perfect addition. The table behind us had ordered side Caesar salads and they looked delicious too. We enjoyed our meals and had no leftovers! Should you need a party room, they have a separate dining area next to the main dining room where the large group was celebrating their party. It was private with lots of windows to the outside. Street parking is tight especially on weekends but there is a large parking structure on the north side of First Street on Railroad. I always park on or near McLeod Street."
"I indulged in my favorite appetizer, beef carpaccio, and it was exquisite—delicately thin slices of filet mignon topped with shaved parmesan, capers, arugula, and served with toasted bread. My husband ordered the shrimp and lobster ravioli, and for once, he had absolutely no complaints—a true rarity! For my main course, I chose the Veal Tonnato, which features veal scallopini paired with Ahi tuna in a delightful lemon and white wine sauce. The veal was so tender that I could cut it with my fork, and the Ahi was seared to perfection. The sauce was flavorful without being overpowering. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience. We would have loved to have chosen this place for our last night in Durango; it truly left a lasting impression!"

"we booked 5 days in advance. when we arrived, we were told that there was a 30-minute waiting time and that there was nothing they could do. the reservation states that a table for 1 hour is reserved 30 minutes, so we are not sure how / why they do not honor our reservation."

"Went here for a get together with family. It's a cozy place. The waitresses seemed a little put out and on the annoyed side. Maybe because they were busy and overwhelmed. (Time to get more help? Our food was brought to us quickly after ordering. We all had different things. I had a Reuben sandwich. It was on the tasteless side. The bread had most of the flavor. The meat was moist and had no flavor. The sauerkraut didn't even have a smell to it and there was no flavor. (Which my husband was grateful for I think the chips are freshly made and were good. My kids liked the BLT sandwich and were asking for another. My husband had the Club sandwich. He kept commenting on how big the sandwich was and how good it was. The rest of my family was happy with their meals. I will be giving The Village Bistro another try. I just won't be getting the Reuben sandwich."

"Classy yet casual, but do wear a nicer shirt. The food was a unique and excellent take on Italian classics. The Chicken Napoleon (I spelled that wrong) was so different and delicious. I highly suggest sitting on the left side, not near the kitchen. Optionalvalet parking starts around 6pm, but we didn't need it. Wine selection is small but high quality with genuine Italian options. This spot is a must!"

"We tried coming here for lunch on Mother’s Day (without a reservation. I know, stupid) and the hostess was not friendly whatsoever. We had our baby in a stroller next to the stand and as she walks up, she points to the stroller “yeah… can we get this out of here?” no “hi! how are you?” “happy mother’s day!”. It left a sour taste in our mouth and we just felt like a burden. We love the food but it’ll be awhile before we come back now. I’m sure they’ve had an incredibly busy day, but as a mom to a young baby, I was looking forward to going out, not to be made to feel that i’m annoying."

"Our most recent visit was, sadly, rather disappointing. Our server Melissa was excellent! It was the food that was not on par with past visits. The (meat) gravy, marinara sauce, and the ravioli (filling) all were salty, almost unbearably so. I understand salt is a good seasoning to elevate the flavor of food, but it absolutely should NOT be so overwhelming that it dries out one's mouth, and elevates one's blood pressure (who already has high blood pressure)! I cook Italian food at home and I've eaten Italian food cooked by Italians and never was salt used so excessively that it overpowered the actual flavors and other ingredients in the food. Your paying patrons health must be considered!! As much as other family members and I have enjoyed the food here in the past, I'm afraid we won't be returning for a meal until the oversalting situation can be remedied. My blood pressure won't allow it. That being said, we will return for dessert (tiramisu especially) and coffee and the great service!"

"My husband and I go to Forks 2-3 times a year to visit family and we always stay a few day's and one of those day's we always eat at Pacific Pizza. My husband isn't a pizza person but He loves their Spaghetti and Meatballs and I have Alway's very much enjoyed their pizza so for a meal out it is a win, win. However, this last weekend we were up for a visit and went to Pacific Pizza for dinner. We walked in to order and were the only one's at the order counter but lots of dirty tables so you could see they had been busy. We were told that it would be a 45 minute wait to get our dinner and agreed we were willing to wait so we ordered our meal's and found a clean table to wait. They did have a lot of people in and out picking up Togo orders from call in's. About 40 minutes into our wait, I went outside to take a call and while on the phone I saw the waitress drop food at our table, I ended the call and went in and my husband had gotten his food, so I figured mine was soon to come so I told him to go head and eat. After 30 more minutes and my husband pretty much done with his meal I went up and inquired about my pizza. The Girl was pretty rude to me while I explained my husband and I had agreed to the 45-minute wait but we did want to eat dinner together and we were now over an hour and 15 minutes wait and my husband was done with his dinner and we ordered on the same ticket. She walks over to the window to the cooks grabs the old tickets and finds ours and ask's them about the pizza. They point to a pizza that was sitting up in the window shoved out of the way. She brought it over and I told her it had a single topping mine had 2 toppings so It was missing the olives. This girl took it in the back thru raw, cold black olive's and brought this cold pizza and set it on our table. I asked if there was a way to get it heated up and I was told it would be an hour wait. We took it and left. between the meal and tip we spent upwards of $50 and weren't offered any respectful Customer service at all. So disappointed."

"I heard that Uncle Tony's was very good so I thought I'd give it a try. When I walked in, I was struck with a the awesome aroma of olive oil, garlic, and yeast - a promising combination in a pizza place. The restaurant seats maybe 60 or so and has a warm homey feel - another good sign .The server showed me to a table and asked if I wanted a glass of wine or a drink from the bar. I don't drink and, after I said no, I never saw her again. At first I thought that it might have been just because it was busy. But, then I noticed that folks that came in after me had their drinks and had had their orders taken already. The food may well be good but I can't vouch for that. I can say that, based on my experience, if you don't drink alcohol, your service will not be great. I waited for 45 minutes without even a glass of water ... then I got up and went somewhere else."
