"During my last two or three visits, I found the restaurant closed early on two occasions: once at 9:50 a.m. and again at 8 a.m. due to the weather, even though there was hardly any snow. It’s really frustrating to plan a visit only to find out they’re not open. Additionally, in my review from last year, I mentioned some issues with the food. Having worked as a shift manager at Charley in the 90s, I often noticed that the steak was inconsistent, often either under-seasoned or overcooked. On a positive note, I really enjoy the new mac and cheese, which has become my go-to order."

"I visited this restaurant today because it was close by, only to receive the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Charley's. I go to Charley's frequently, but this time I waited in line for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. The staff member was rude and my sandwich was made incorrectly. Although my bacon and ranch fries were good, my sandwich unexpectedly had mushrooms, green peppers, and onions on it. These ingredients were not supposed to be included, not on my receipt, and I did not ask for them. I will not be returning to this location, especially because of the terrible customer service."

"First off let me say that it was my first experience with Charley's. We ordered a manager's special ???? it was fresh, and hot. I got home and split my sandwich with my husband, we both agreed it was good but there was absolutely no seasoning on the chicken steak sandwich I purchased. The only thing that gave the sandwich some sort of flavor was the onions, peppers and Mayonnaise. We were hungry so of course we ate it. They should think of a seasoning blend to put on the meat because not everybody likes bland food."

"Ok, so this worked better than I had anticipated. I ordered the old school steak and cheese an it was excellent. Exactly as named. Full of good meat shredded on the flat top and piled in the bun like they don?t care. It?s your job as the consumer tocorral that steak into place. The hot pepper relish is a MUST ADD ITEM FOR SURE. EXCELLENT. It?s not so much relish as arunny dressing that wakes up everything it touches. There will be a lot of steak falling out of that toasted bun. Forget thefork and get in there with your hands. I didn?t try fries or a shake but they looked tempting. I?ll try again soon. But $13.50for a sandwich and a drink maybe not every day."

"I visited Charleys Philly Steaks for the first time and was not disappointed. Their menu offers a variety of Philly cheesesteaks and other sandwiches to choose from. They also have delicious loaded fries and milkshakes for dessert. I opted for the Pepperoni Cheesesteak sandwich, which comes with steak, pepperoni, onions, peppers, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. For my side, I chose the ultimate loaded fries, which were crispy fries topped with bacon, cheese sauce, and ranch dressing. Everything was fantastic! Charleys has definitely moved ahead of Subway in my rankings of favorite sandwich places, along with Firehouse."

"Food was okay but their out of ingredients like lettuce? and the employee who helped me wasn?t to friendly when notifying me about it during my order. Then the entire seating area was filthy. Tables, chairs and floor absolutely filthy. There were 3employees working that I could see and no customers in the store but me as I write this review and what are the employees doing?Chatting it up!!! No worries that customers get to walk into a dirty food place. Then another customer comes in and asks for awet nap to wipe a table and instead of this lazy girl going to clean the tables she hands a rag and spray bottle to thecustomer? I mean call me old fashion but I thought that was her job? Anyways hopefully this business owner can get this squaredaway because this is lots of wasted labor dollars!!!!!"

"From walking in I saw the convenience of the stand alone ordering system, cashier was pleasant as always. The tables and floors were full but clean. Well stocked drink area. "They have pretty good cheesesteaks, however, I would recommend ordering in person and checking your order before you leave if you like your food customized. I?ve ordered several times via delivery and the app and it?s a gamble as to if you will have itmade correctly. I prefer extra cheese meat and I pay extra for such. As you can see that?s not what I got. The first time thishappened was through GrubHub and I was refunded my money that I paid extra for. "I've been to Charleys from the West Coast to Florida. Most Charleys on the West Coast are located near military bases, so when I saw one in Orlando, I thought it was really cool. The location at Waterford is good, but the Colonial location is one of the best overall. The service is hot and fast, and their sandwiches are loaded with meat—definitely worth it! That's why I give them high ratings for fast food-style Philly sandwiches. Eduardo, an older gentleman at the register (I think that's his name), was very friendly and did a great job. We'll definitely be back in the future, thanks to him and the staff!"

"Ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steaks, and from the menu posted on the wall I ordered my 2 Cheese Steaks and specified no mushrooms but as listed on the menu, meat, onions , peppers, mushrooms and provolone cheese. I specified no mushrooms, then the fellow picked up the card with all the things offered and I pointed out onions and peppers only. When I got home both Sandwiches had mayo, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles which I did not specify. Very unhappy and may never return as a result."
