"Stepping into Frugatti’s restaurant felt like being enveloped in a warm embrace. The inviting atmosphere immediately set the tone for an unforgettable evening. From the very beginning, the staff radiated genuine warmth, making us feel truly valued and appreciated, which laid the foundation for a memorable experience. The evening was perfectly guided by our attentive waiter, Ali, whose consistent excellence shone through as he recommended a delightful Pinot Noir that paired beautifully with our meal. Each sip was a reminder of how well he understood the menu, enhancing our dining adventure. The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the manager, Elliot. With his charming demeanor, he effortlessly engaged us in small talk that felt warm and personal. His recommendations, particularly the spicy parmesan chicken things, sparked our curiosity and excitement. With a knack for making every guest feel special, Elliot masterfully evoked a sense of nostalgia reminiscent of days gone by—when owners and chefs would wander through the dining room, checking on their guests, remembering names, and genuinely inquiring about their experiences. His dedication to maintaining a high standard was obvious as he frequently checked in on our feedback, creating a seamless blend of attentiveness and warmth that made the evening truly special. As we left Frugatti’s with full stomachs and smiles lighting our faces, it was clear that this exceptional experience was the result of a passionate team. We are already looking forward to our next visit for another amazing date night!"

"This a long one so please read on. I'll start with the good The service was great The portion sizes are large The cook on the steak was accurate All in all The food was okay at best. (5/10) On to the bad Honestly the steak at char house was the tastiestthing on the table. But that isn't saying a lot. The meat of the ribeye was choice grade at best but they did get the cookcorrect so plus points there. I do see now why there aren't prices on the menu that the qr code takes you to because it reallyisn't worth it. There was a lack of seasoning which makes me think that the kitchen was afraid of using any. Almost all the foodwe had was nowhere near how it was described on the menu. This is one of those places that has the same base for all theircurries. The food We started off the experience with stale Papadum which is an Indian crisp and a side of chutneys which tastedwatered down. The chutneys lacked any prominent flavors and they tasted the same if you ate them with your eyes closed, the onlything that set them apart was their color. The achar was definitely not made in house but store bought it actually tasted massproduced. TLDR the amount of food you get is good but the quality is trash. If you're looking for flavorful food give thisplace a hard pass. Especially given how expensive it is. It seems like they are afraid of using spices and seasoning. Theapps The wings (7/10) full wings. only 3 pieces tho (technically 6, 3 flats 3 drums) small but the sauce was good butdefinitely not worth $9. The ceviche (2/10) it lacked flavor and it really should not be served on a crisp. All the moisturewas absorbed by the crisp and what was left was a very dry pile of shrimp and fish. There was no seasoning at all. The seasonedmasala fries. (8/10) seasoned fries which is the most seasoning we experienced the entire night. On to the entree's TheRibeye steak (7/10) the steaks lacked seasoning. We needed to ask for salt and pepper. The saving grace was"

"Once seated, our waitress provided menus and took our drink order. The special Mother’s Day menu was two-sided, listing breakfast options on one side and dinner on the other. Our party of five decided on dinner choices, but when the waitress returned with our drinks after a lengthy absence, she suddenly informed us, “You have to choose items from the breakfast menu. We don’t serve dinner until after 4:00 PM.” This was at 1:15 PM. I pointed out that the menu did not state any time restrictions and asked to speak to the manager. When the female manager came over, I expressed our concerns, especially regarding the confusing menu. She acknowledged that the menu was misleading and apologized for the poor service we experienced, but offered no solutions or compensation for our inconvenience. As a result, we had no choice but to order from the breakfast menu. We also had to ask for water and utensils for our party, and the food was mediocre at best. This type of service is unacceptable in a quality restaurant. Additionally, be aware that this restaurant imposes a 3% service fee for credit card transactions. Given our disappointing experience, we would have expected at least a discount or a complimentary dessert, but the manager provided neither. We will not be returning. On May 25th, I received a response on Yelp from the restaurant owner claiming their general manager had reached out to me and my family about our concerns. This is a blatant lie, as no one from the restaurant has contacted us at all. Their response seems like a ploy to convince customers that they care about customer satisfaction. This restaurant does not deserve your business."
