"After finishing our meal, we asked for the bill and presented our gift card. However, the waitress returned to say they couldn't accept the gift card because they were losing money. We requested to speak with a manager, but she never came to our table. Instead, the waitress processed our payment before we could address the issue, even though we still had the gift card.
The manager walked past our table at least three times without stopping to talk to us. Since we needed to get our kids home, we couldn't stay any longer to discuss the problem. We plan to contact the owners and the Better Business Bureau about the gift card situation. Overall, it was an unfortunate experience."
