"After finishing our meal, we asked for the bill and presented our gift card. However, the waitress returned to say they couldn't accept the gift card because they were losing money. We requested to speak with a manager, but she never came to our table. Instead, the waitress processed our payment before we could address the issue, even though we still had the gift card. The manager walked past our table at least three times without stopping to talk to us. Since we needed to get our kids home, we couldn't stay any longer to discuss the problem. We plan to contact the owners and the Better Business Bureau about the gift card situation. Overall, it was an unfortunate experience."

We absolutely love Ada Pour House and visit frequently in the evenings! Steve and Morgan at the bar are fantastic! However, our lunch experience was disappointing. There was only one server for the entire restaurant, and my husband's grilled cheese came out burnt. We didn't send it back because it took so long to arrive in the first place, and my soup wasn’t hot. As I mentioned, dinner has always been wonderful, but I’m not sure we’ll be stopping by for lunch again! View menu

I really enjoyed the restaurant's ambiance, but the food was rather average. We began with the nachos, which had an interesting twist, but they were a bit lacking in toppings. I ordered the BBQ meatloaf sandwich, but the bread was quite tough, and there wasn't much meat on it. My date opted for the chicken on a pretzel bun, and he thought it was missing something as well. Additionally, the service was slow; it took over half an hour for our completed appetizer to arrive alongside our main courses. Despite these issues, I'm willing to give it another try.

I was served a cold, Not room temperature but refrigerator cold plate of meatloaf. Maybe it's because the kitchen staff was too busy Smoking out front in the parking lot to watch my food. The menu has been really Reduced from the old poorhouse that previously went out of business. Unfortunately I'm afraid this restaurant will suffer the same fate. The previous restaurant was one of my favorites. I don't understand why they went out of business. The new one is definitely in trouble. It's worth driving further to a good restaurant and save yourself the trouble.
