"I called this café on June 11, 2022, at 11:20 AM to see if they were open after experiencing a power outage. I had already checked two other cafés that were closed due to the same issue. When I reached out, a staff member answered the phone but seemed quite annoyed. She curtly replied, "Well, I answered the phone, so you can assume we’re open." Before I could explain that the other cafés were closed because of the power outage, she abruptly hung up on me. The person handling your customer service could use some training, as effective communication is a crucial part of the job. I ultimately went to Starbucks instead, where the service was far superior. After this encounter, I won’t consider visiting your café again. If this is how you interact over the phone, I can only imagine how you treat your paying customers in person."
