"I hadn't had a meal this good in a long time! The food wasn't greasy or soggy at all. Unlike other KFCs, everything was fully cooked, and I didn't find any red meat near the bone, which was a relief. Plus, the woman at the drive-thru was extremely pleasant, with a little gray hair—truly a gem!"

"The team working the evening shift around 6 PM on Monday, August 1st, at the Debarr location was exceptional! My order was taken promptly as soon as I pulled up, and the woman on the speaker was quick and efficient. The young man at the window was pleasant and relaxed, even though they were extremely busy; he even made small talk about the weather! As we started to pull away, my daughter realized she wanted an extra mac and cheese and a soda, so we parked and went inside. The young man at the counter was very friendly and quick, even though it was clear they were busy. When we got home and started eating, everything tasted fresh, hot, and amazing! The whole team was doing an incredible job! I haven't been here in a while, and I was very pleased with the entire visit. Thank you all! I will definitely return! Phenomenal service tonight!"

"I moved to this area about a year ago and the Santa Clara KFC was less than a quarter mile from my apartment. My wife and I have loved KFC since our childhood. However, after just a few visits to the 552 Santa Clara, we were no longer fans of your products and had decided not to purchase KFC again. The final straw came when the new chicken nuggets were released and we were excited to see how a chicken restaurant would prepare a chicken nugget. When we got the nuggets, they were cold and hard and completely impossible to eat. After that KFC was permanently off the menu.Recently I spent some time in a rehabilitation center in Campbell, CA and I was allowed to eat whatever I like. I decided to try KFC which was less than a block away at 3144 South Bascom. The chicken was hot and fresh, correctly seasoned and served in an efficient and courteous manner. I was impressed by the speed of the service and the quality of the product. Simply put, it was the KFC of my childhood and not the poor quality food at 552 Santa Clara.After my discharge, I decided to give 552 Santa Clara another chance and unfortunately they did not meet the challenge. The chicken was obviously old and had been sitting around for several hours at the least. Shame on you 552 Santa Clara pay attention to your standards and remember you represent a well established product with an outstanding brand reputation. It's time you remember this and raise your standards."

"No place to seat here. They blocked off the stairs to the upper level with a trash bin, where the seating is located. They have blocked this off for at least a few years now. Likely they are too lazy to clean the tables.The service itself was bad. I ordered on the app and it stated a pick up time of 12:50. I got there around 12:55 but the order was not at the pick up counter. It was sitting at the back, so I had to call the cashier to give it to me, and she only did so after carefully checking our names. This is not standard procedure at other Popeyes.The Spicy Chicken Sandwich I ordered was not spicy at all, and the sauce application was very un even and sparse. Bland DRY taste. Popeyes is so much better."

"at kfc I can buy only one 8 piece of ice cream (we do not eat the skin). then we use these pieces for 3 or more meals for two people. so if the imer cost is $20.00 divided by 3 meals $6.40ish per meal, divided by 2 persons or $3.20ish per meal. rather puffed and we add our Noun salads and sweet. great bargain."

"I go there go to the drive-through order my dinner and he tells me goparking lot and he will bring them out to me. so I wait there for a really long time and I go back through the drive-through to finally get my order. get home and all the chicken and chicken wings are undercooked and raw blood still in the chicken everything and I didn’t notice it until I got home . I started eating the chicken in the car. I got sick badly from that raw cooked chicken. needless to say none of that kind of expensive meal I bought for the family was eaten except for what I unfortunately did"

"Went there and although it’s still 30 minutes from closing, a fast food restaurant like KFC should have all the food listed on the menu. I get it that they’re always short staffed and most of the employees work with a mediocre attitude, like they don’t want to be there, only thing I could hear was another employee telling her : “tell her we don’t have that, or this etc etc and I just left with a No Thank You. I get it, they want to go home but if your hours are until 10:00 pm, expect to give a great customer service and serve food until 10:00pm. Also to the Corporate, if you’re banking money and still paying your employees a mediocre salary, start with fixing the mold problem because it looks disgusting, and maybe increase your employees salary so they have the same attitude like the Chick-Fil-A employees. Just a suggestion. I grew up loving KFC food but lately they’re getting bad reviews, and this is my first one. Time to do some changes please."

"Good spot to go to when hungry for strips or a mash bowl. It's located next to the train tracks and BART, so it does get really loud especially if you're trying to order in the drive thru. Inside looks several times better compared to how it was years ago. They've genuinely made a lot of improvements."

"My local KFC on City Line Avenue in Bala Cynwyd was closed, which was surprising since it was always so busy. I'm not sure why it shut down. I used to place delivery orders from there twice a week, and my friends did too. The KFC on Lancaster Avenue is considered "too far," but in reality, it isn't that far at all. So today, I went out of my way to visit it. The food was good, but let's be honest—I probably won't be driving there very often."
