I believe Lisa, who I think was a manager, was quite rude and seemed to toss the food and drinks out without care. I understand she was busy, but that kind of rudeness is unnecessary. The fries were cold, and the macaroni and cheese was overcooked.

I find it quite unreasonable to pay $42 for a 12-piece meal that includes three large sides, only to receive tiny bowls of those sides. There were only about two scoops of mashed potatoes, which should definitely be enough for four people. I'm really not impressed and feel frustrated for having spent so much for what I got.

Haven 't felt that disrespected in a fast food place. ever, in my entire life. And NEVER have pot pies. I was told after I placed an online order and was inside picking it up that they didn 't have any pot pies. My order consisted of 3 pot pies and then was told could be replaced with a famous bowl pretty much the same thing and was given the worst attitude about it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The chicken was only warm—almost cold. The biscuit was disappointing, the potatoes were nearly cold, and the coleslaw was coarse. The cookies were not good either. I only had one bite before my stomach couldn’t take it. I definitely won't be coming back; this was the worst KFC experience I've had, far from the quality of the others.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited 20 minutes in a long drive-thru line, and I couldn’t leave because the car behind me was too close. The fries were old, greasy, and unappetizing. The chicken was dry and chewy. The only redeeming aspect was the roll. Overall, I felt that $11 was way too much to pay for just a roll, and everything else ended up in the trash. I tried to contact someone for feedback, but no one responded. I won’t be returning. Chicken pieces are scrawny like they have been imported from a far away country with no refrigeration. The chicken is not breaded properly so it doesn't taste that great. The chicken tastes like it's been sitting under hot lights all day. The mashed potato side is tiny. It's like 3 bites worth. The biscuits had no flavor and were old. The Cole slaw was very good. I have had good chicken here before so it's not always terrible. I think they are terribly understaffed. They need to throw out old chicken and serve only fresh chicken. Next time I will bring the food back and complain. I will give them another chance because I have had good food here. Please fix the problems because I do like KFC

Drive thru was completely backed up so I made my way into the parking lot and parked. Walked to the front door and it was locked. I looked and it was in the hours of operation. The manager was helping unload a truck, I asked why door was locked. He sent someone to open the door. I entered and seen they didn?t have a buffet like signs stated. I waited for someone to come to the cash register to take my order for 10 minutes. I asked guy why they had the doors locked. Guy snapped at me like I was asking a stupid question and said they were short staffed. I ordered my food and it took a extremely long time to get my order and it was cold when I received it. Went there and although it’s still 30 minutes from closing, a fast food restaurant like KFC should have all the food listed on the menu. I get it that they’re always short staffed and most of the employees work with a mediocre attitude, like they don’t want to be there, only thing I could hear was another employee telling her : “tell her we don’t have that, or this etc etc and I just left with a No Thank You. I get it, they want to go home but if your hours are until 10:00 pm, expect to give a great customer service and serve food until 10:00pm.
