"Great coffee but poor service. When I say poor service I don't mean rudeness in any way, the girls are normally sweet! But almost every time I go my orders are wrong, lines take forever, and this might be a pet peave but they never give receipts and I think it's because they don't want you to see how much they nickel and dime you. 75 cents for mustard and coffee flavoring is excessive.Today I ordered a club, Rueben, and artisan grilled cheese, got back to the office and had 2 clubs and 1 grilled cheese, but I guarantee they charged me extra for the Rueben with mustard! Wouldn't know because I didnt get a receipt! I always try to support local businesses, but I'm worried they won't survive Starbucks with the way things are ran. Also, it's a drive thru... tell your barristas to stop asking customers if they can add tips to our credit cards."
