"Grim, not being from Texas, I didn't know it was a 'fast' food chain. The pulled pig (I think) was dead and tasteless. There is more taste in McD's BBQ sauce. Cold drinks are served with so much ice cream, there is hardly any space for the Pepsi. At least the hash browns were good. Service was slow but friendly. It is usually clean (Men washroom needed a deep clean), but the shelves of the boxes and supplies in the dining area added to the feeling of a chain on the last legs. UPDATE I asked the server if what I had was pulled pig, but even he wasn't sure. That says everything. I'll say that the fried battle looked good, but I was here for BBQ. Shocked that in the 21st. Century there is no Wi-Fi for guests. Texas should be ashamed to call this BBQ."

"If Debbie is working I always have a 5 star experience. We are drive thru customers. When she is running the drive thru the orders are accurate and fast! Any day she is off it's a wreck! The other employees park you for one meal, always mess up orders, and your bag will never have condiments and utencils. They need to just post her schedule so people can avoid them when she's gone!"

"Update 11/1/2021+ Pizza was Hot Fresh after ONLY 10 min wait from walk in order not bad Time ! not shy of toppings for me Great ingredients 1 employee there big Fuzzy guy not smiles BUT I wont complain he was prompt , active working and cleaning and made our pizza perfect and was not rude after I got order and asked for crazy crust (Butter and parm on crust) $1 more but no big deal I still give him 5 out 5 for service From what I could see VERY VERY CLEAN Store+ 1,000% Affordable ! 100% Would Recommend this particular location .Thank you for Great Experience.P.s There New Cookie is not fresh its package sold , and Mushrooms are not fresh there canned or fake idk but awful .But there BACON is BOMB , and Stuff crust is always amazing.May 2021Drove allllllllll they way out here before going allllll the way back Home about a Hr and a half away for them to CLOSE 1 HOUR before scheduled time!Getting so tired of little caesars all Location's SAME PROBLEM all close 9 instead 10 pm.Like COME ON NOW you WONDER WHY Domino's gets all the business smhI reallllly wanted stuff crust this is the 4th time , 4th location .I Guess Papa John's it is 4 Stuff Crust Pizza's ."

"Upon arrival, we appreciated the ambiance; the patio area was beautiful, and it was a lovely space to sit and relax. We even played a little tetherball, which was enjoyable! However, the food was where things started to decline. The table bread was acceptable, but the butter was over-mixed, turning it into a liquid mess. My mother ordered one of the chicken dishes, but her chicken was dry and bland, so much so that she decided not to even attempt to eat it. On top of that, her mashed potatoes were stone cold. I ordered my steak medium rare, and while it was indeed pink inside, it was so tough and chewy that I also couldn't finish it. One of our party members and I specifically asked if there was a “loaded” baked potato option. We were told yes, so we went ahead and ordered them. What we received, however, were potatoes with just butter, cheese, and very little sour cream, completely unseasoned. When I inquired about green onions, our server mentioned they were available but at an additional cost. I was confused as to why we weren't informed about this when we ordered the “loaded” baked potatoes. I accepted that and requested the green onions, which took a while to arrive. When they finally did, we both realized that neither potato had bacon in it. Again, I wondered why this wasn’t mentioned when we asked about the “loaded” option. We asked once more, only to receive the same response: it was extra. Eventually, we received our toppings for an actually loaded baked potato, which turned out to be the only truly edible part of our meals. My husband was also disappointed with his dish, which seemed to be merely basic hamburger patties topped with chopped peppers and covered in cheese, just to make it look presentable. Overall, it was a rather strange experience. None of us took any leftovers, despite there being quite a bit of food left on our plates. Our server clearly didn’t have control over the kitchen, which we understand, but everything felt somewhat underwhelming. On a positive note, when the manager came over to discuss our disappointing experience, she handled it professionally and promptly removed the entrees from our bill, which we really appreciated. We did enjoy the appetizers, and the sample platter was decent! In hindsight, we all agreed that if we had limited ourselves to just drinks and appetizers, it likely would have been a much more enjoyable experience."

"I had never ate Pizza Hut in Hondo before but today I have decided to dine in and it was the best decision I ever made. I was very satisfied with my pizza and the cheese sticks. Out of all Pizza Hut places I have gone to, this was the best . The cheese sticks were the best out of all places because most pizza huts I have been to, when you order cheese sticks , it’s either always burnt or just bread , no cheese but this was the best, and the lady, she was cashier and server , made sure I was satisfied and always checking in to refill my drink. Thank you ! For sure I will be back to dine in! Best customer service ever !"
