"I waited an hour and 15 minutes before calling to check on the status of our pizzas. When I called, they informed me that the pizza was out for delivery. After another 15 minutes, I called again, and this time they told me that the pizza had just left for delivery. Finally, after 15 more minutes, the pizza arrived cold and stale. It was clear that it had been forgotten on the rack, but what’s worse is that they outright lied about the situation! I always want to support local food chains, but this is simply unacceptable. If they had been honest, I would have been understanding. I've been a loyal customer of this Domino's, but not anymore."
