"I waited an hour and 15 minutes before calling to check on the status of our pizzas. When I called, they informed me that the pizza was out for delivery. After another 15 minutes, I called again, and this time they told me that the pizza had just left for delivery. Finally, after 15 more minutes, the pizza arrived cold and stale. It was clear that it had been forgotten on the rack, but what’s worse is that they outright lied about the situation! I always want to support local food chains, but this is simply unacceptable. If they had been honest, I would have been understanding. I've been a loyal customer of this Domino's, but not anymore."

I ordered the Philly Beef Sandwich on Monday and took it home to enjoy. However, my main question is, where's the beef? The sandwich had very little beef, along with just a few peppers and onions. This is not what I expected. I regret buying it now.

I had a frustrating experience with Domino's when I was charged three times for one order. However, the store owner went above and beyond to understand my situation and resolve the issue, especially since corporate customer service was entirely unhelpful and automated. I'm willing to give this location another chance, feeling hopeful that Dave, the owner, will take good care of me if anything goes wrong in the future.

I ordered from North Branch Domino's on April 26, 27, or 28, and I must say they have amazing deals with a wide variety of toppings! Each pizza is only $12.99, and for every pizza sold, $3.00 is donated to School District 138. This is a fantastic way to support our community—it's truly a win-win!
