"My birthday dinner was so disappointing! The customer service was terrible, especially from manager Guillermo. I ordered a medium rare New York Strip, but they brought me a steak that was medium and not to my liking. When I asked for the manager, Guillermo offered to take it back or bring me a hot plate so I could cook it myself at the table. I was shocked by his lack of professionalism. He even tried to charge me for a cheaper dish than what I had ordered. I was so insulted that I almost raised my voice. I will never return to this restaurant again. I recommend Border Foundry or Longhorn Steakhouse for better food and service. The restaurant was not child-friendly, as there were only a few high chairs available and my companion couldn't even eat comfortably. Overall, this restaurant does not live up to its reputation."
