"I'm regular customer for 6 years now; today I went with my 3 kids to buy some sandwiches, while we are waiting for the order to be done one of my kids bought 2 baklava without getting back to me, quickly i went to the cashier before cutting the baklava requests to cancel the transaction and refund my young boy his money back, she told me only the owner who can refund money,i told her give me the owner phone number, she said i don't have. Then i took the baklava and my sandwiches and i told her I'll report this to the owner, she told me this is your problem not my problem. Food 10 customer service big zero."
