"I'm regular customer for 6 years now; today I went with my 3 kids to buy some sandwiches, while we are waiting for the order to be done one of my kids bought 2 baklava without getting back to me, quickly i went to the cashier before cutting the baklava requests to cancel the transaction and refund my young boy his money back, she told me only the owner who can refund money,i told her give me the owner phone number, she said i don't have. Then i took the baklava and my sandwiches and i told her I'll report this to the owner, she told me this is your problem not my problem. Food 10 customer service big zero."

Food was bomb!I purchased some food through the Slice app to pick up and it was great! Customer service was excellent, and they were very cool!Accidently placed my order under my alias Not Sure so upon pick up we had a good laugh. Definitely going back when I am in Bellevue again.

This is my go-to place for a light lunch on the east side. The falafel is among the best I've ever tasted, and the vegetables are always incredibly fresh. Plus, the lovely patio allows you to enjoy some sunshine during your lunch break, making this spot a true gem. Just a heads up—the front door can be a bit tricky to open; you'll need to give it a good pull. Vegetarian options: Their falafel is exceptional!

I've only gotten the veggie platter. I think the spanakopita, baba ghanoush, and falafels are spot on. The salad has been nice and fresh. The tabouleh was pretty bland, but that might have partially been from mixing with the salad dressing. I personally really don't like the large baklava it had way, way too much filling and was too wet.Three outdoor tables and good bike parking.I wish they had a compost bin and reusable cups instead of the styrofoam ones though. Biggest table would be for a party of 4.I wouldn't get the baklava, soggy and yucky is the nicely way to describe it. I took one bite and the rest belongs to the trash.For parking, this is part of the Kelsey creek plaza so while there is free parking, can be busy at times.The other dish was fine. I would come back but I had better so I don't dream of this place.
