"This review is based on our lunch experience! We were the early birds and one of the first customers when it opened. Our service was prompt and courteous. The sweet and spicy calamari arrived swiftly and tasted really good. Rest of our food was great as well. Although shrimp tacos could have carried a bit more flavor and were leaning towards bland. Decor and seating makes it a great place for dinner I am guessing with big bar taking central location, also fuzzy bubbles is a must try! Earns top marks in presentation."

"I came here on New Years Eve with 3 friends. We were immediately seated. I ordered the lamb rack special served with a tasty brown sauce and roasted potatoes. I also had the Juniper House salad with a tasty creamy bacon dressing. Everything I had was wonderful! The lamb was cooked medium as requested. One friend had the filet mignon served with asparagus which she loved. My other friends ate light as they had a party to go to. They shared the Juniper House salad and the brisket quesadilla appetizer which they thoroughly enjoyed Our waitress was right on top of everything. We had a wonderful evening!"

"Greeted warmly and Seated promptly at our reservation time. Our server Paul covered the menu very thoroughly and offered recommendations based on what was delivered that day. Started with cocktails and hit appetizers. The food was amazing and weknew the entrees were going to be superb. Everyone was very pleased with their meal and left room for amazing dessert. Idefinitely recommend, and Paul was an amazing server if you get the chance to sit in his section."

"It's a reliable place; you can get more than bar food there, since they offer dinners. The fish and chips tasted very fresh; the chili was good, but a bit dry. But their salads are fresh and abundant. The prices are reasonable. It's one of our main go-to places when we're attending a movie at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute; it’s walking distance from there. The service is prompt and friendly."

"no salads included at the meal times. they serve a crust roll quarter person with frozen butterballs to spread. sangria wasn't good. desserts were average. the main course for which they pay was excellent. my came as ordered. hubby wa a delivered the wrong food, so we had to wait for it and as they served it underused. they made up because of their mistake by only taking a drink to him, and they composed desserts that I thought they could do the least. it was simply unpleasant to eat alone and to observe each other, and with the high top places that are cramped and allow a lot of cash to stack when there were open table seats. I expected the outside deck to be available with heating, the holiday week for people who wanted to hang on a bar and previous reviews with entering the restaurant was very appreciated for the first time visitors. will I have gone back? yes, but if the service remained without improvement, it will be a place a scratch of my return list."

"We’re a group of 7-8 friends that gathers once a year, some coming from out of town. We decided to try this spot. 1st off, if you have a party of over 4 you need to reserve the table with a $75 deposit. We had reservations for 6:30 were sat shortly after that. We order drinks a few apps… enjoyed chatting ordered our main courses. Around 7:50 we decided to get another round of drinks, when our server notified us that there was another reservation for the table at 8:30 and we needed to “finish up” by then. Proceed to 20 minutes of various antsy wait staff patrolling our table. We paid up left to go enjoy LUMA. Maybe don’t rush customers out your doors when they’re dropping nearly $500."

"Ate lunch there yesterday and it was absolutely delightful. I had the Brie and crabmeat grilled cheese. Nice lumps of crab, just the right amount of cheese and perfectly grilled on thinly sliced bread. They let me substitute a salad for the fries. My husband had the shrimp tacos which were also beautifully done. Tasty and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly- and even though busy, not loud and raucous. Highly recommend!!"

"This is our new favorite local BYOB spot. We've been twice now. The staff is very warm and friendly and the food is superb. If you like well crafted food and are willing to pay for very interesting tasting, beautifully plated food then this is a great place to go. We've been twice and both times they have been great with dietary restrictions as well. It's charming, casual enough to walk in (if you can get in!) but also a great place to take visiting friends and relatives or for a special night out or date. The Wayne area needed a place like this. "The staff was very friendly. I got there early because my date asked if we could move it up even though we had a reservation. I asked the hostess and they accommodated even though they were busy. They let me wait by the door for my date…she ended up arriving near the originally scheduled time. The staff never said anything about it. The food was delicious. Noise was moderate. "Service could have been better. After minutes waiting for a server to approach our table, a server came over to tell us that our server was “missing “. She kindly took our drink order until our server could be found. Placed order. Server came back minutes later because she had forgotten to write down what I ordered and forgotten what it was. Had just a couple of minutes to eat salad before food arrived. My meal was not what I ordered despite server coming back earlier to confirm my order that she had forgotten earlier. Sat and waited for minutes after we finished eating for our server to be found again to remove plates and bring check. Food was okay but ambience ruined by service"

"The food was bland, and not prepared per requested. I asked for a medium well steak and rack of lamb, but what I got was rare. Portobello steak was flowing with water. Pescado verde had the sauce missing initially. It was fixed later. All veggies on the plates were under-seasoned and tasteless. The only two things that saved the day was Pato Chicharron and the desserts: Red velvet and Oreo cheesecake. I was embarrassed to have brought my guests there as the food was a miss. Nobody ate to their full or satisfaction. I came home and cooked for everyone. It wasn’t an experience; it was an adventure that was bland, boring, cold food filled and just overall bad."

"The hostess Michelle was so sweet and helpful, she was probably the best part of the whole experience. We ordered one food items that was pretty good such as the shrimp appetizer. But most of our food was just so so. Mashed potatoes were dry and clumpy. Steak was extremely salty. Pizza was a little soggy. We tried to make the best of it since it was New Year's Eve. Waitress rarely ever checked on us as well took forever to get our check at the end and boxes. We didn't realize this was going to be inside a hotel when we booked it. That should've been our clue. Panama City Beach has some of the best food anywhere and best to stay out of hotel restaurants."

"the hostess was friendly and accommodating. we arrived early, with three people instead of the two in our reservation, but she immediately accommodated us (the place was not full.) the menu is very limited more a bar menu than a fine restaurant, but there are some interesting possibilities. the waiter was business. the service was very slow. the food was a mix of hits and misses: burger was ordered medium, came well done, but the pommes were excellent and piping hot. risotto looked beautiful, but was kind of bland. there was what looked like a pesto topping, but I didn't get a pesto taste. wings were very good, a generous portion of fleshy wing. my biggest complaints are the slow service and the overhauled burger. we'll be back next time at njpac."

"This was our first time visiting this restaurant, and I really appreciated that there was no wait time; we were seated immediately. For appetizers, we ordered the Crawl Dip with added crab, which was just okay for us. I also tried a cup of seafood gumbo, and I would not recommend it—it was quite disappointing. As for the drinks, they were enjoyable; I had a coconut margarita, while my husband opted for Hennessy with pineapple juice. I loved the half dozen oysters and would definitely return for those. My husband, on the other hand, ordered red beans and rice, but he wasn’t impressed. Overall, I would recommend this place for oysters and drinks."
