"The hostess Michelle was so sweet and helpful, she was probably the best part of the whole experience. We ordered one food items that was pretty good such as the shrimp appetizer. But most of our food was just so so. Mashed potatoes were dry and clumpy. Steak was extremely salty. Pizza was a little soggy. We tried to make the best of it since it was New Year's Eve. Waitress rarely ever checked on us as well took forever to get our check at the end and boxes. We didn't realize this was going to be inside a hotel when we booked it. That should've been our clue. Panama City Beach has some of the best food anywhere and best to stay out of hotel restaurants."

Friendly staff. It was NYE so very busy but they did great. Food was on point except for the pasta my daughter ordered was a little off tasting.

The Chef prepared a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The portions were significant and left us full. We stayed at the hotel for a week and ate at Coconut Charlies multiple times. Each time the food was great!

The food was decent, but the service was quite slow. With only a few occupied tables, it took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. It's possible they were short-staffed, but I'm not certain. Overall, it was just an average experience. View menu

Our server was delightful! Gosh I forgot her name !!! She has very large heart and eyelashes!! She sat us in the perfect spot to watch the sunset! If I were staying at the hotel I would eat there again. If not I would choose another place.

The food was absolutely delicious. The PBC served with spicy pickles was fantastic. I also ordered the fried Brussels sprouts, and I was hooked. My husband tried the Hawaiian-style pizza and really enjoyed it. Our waiter was very attentive, making our experience even better.

We celebrated my husband's birthday with dinner at CC, and the food was excellent! However, the service was a bit slow, from the initial greeting to when we received our drinks and food. When we arrived , we waited for the host for about 5 minutes. Once she arrived she was definitely not happy to see us. She said she hadn’t checked the reservations all night so our table for 9 that we reserved was not available. Our party got separated into 2 groups. The service was VERY slow. Drinks took 30-45 minutes and food was about an hour. Food was average. Would not recommend.

Not at all what the photos portrayed the restaurant to be. I didn't realize it was inside a hotel. The food and drinks were very overpriced. There were screaming kids running around and we were sat a very tiny table. The drinks came out wrong and we felt no option but to take them and be charged for them. One in our party got sick on the way home and missed spending NYE with us as he had to go to bed. Was very disappointed.
