"We wanted to try someplace different tonight for dinner, so we headed off to Jackson's for a couple 8oz. filet's. We arrived and were greeted at the door and off to one of the high top tables in the bar area. Rachel was taking care of us and made us a couple of great drinks. We ordered both steaks medium, and shortly after they arrived, we determined that one was Med well and the other was well done Both overcooked! The broccolini that was with my wife's steak was so undercooked that she was unable to eat it. The wait for the food was probably longer than normal, as we were told there was a large party on the other side of the restaurant. We were offered replacement food that we brought home and we made some steak salads for dinner the following night."
