"We wanted to try someplace different tonight for dinner, so we headed off to Jackson's for a couple 8oz. filet's. We arrived and were greeted at the door and off to one of the high top tables in the bar area. Rachel was taking care of us and made us a couple of great drinks. We ordered both steaks medium, and shortly after they arrived, we determined that one was Med well and the other was well done Both overcooked! The broccolini that was with my wife's steak was so undercooked that she was unable to eat it. The wait for the food was probably longer than normal, as we were told there was a large party on the other side of the restaurant. We were offered replacement food that we brought home and we made some steak salads for dinner the following night."

The waitress was great. The atmosphere was good. But the food was terrible. I had ribeye and my date had the filet. My ribeye was not worth dollars. The filet was cooked rare at best was supposed to be medium. It was sent back and came back black. dollar bill with dollar food

Service was great. Jamie was personable and attentive. A bit noisy for table conversation however. Our meals were very good with the exception of the filet which was a little grisly. Salmon and vegetables were perfectly cooked. Others in our group seemed pleased from appetizers to their entrees!

We had the prime rib which was on special. It was medium rare and it was so tough you could hardly cut it. We only had a few bites and gave up. We told the waitress to make the kitchen aware of it. We were also not told about an up-charge when we asked them to split a salad for us. Very disappointed. View menu

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. Our server, Rachel, was amazing. She adjusted the special cocktail for me to make it less sweet, and was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. My husband enjoyed the prime rib, which is offered as a Saturday night special and said it was excellent. My salmon was cooked perfectly as well. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you!

Jackson’s always delivers a great dinner experience. My wife had the strip steak cooked to perfection. I had the pork chops completely off the charts. They have really stepped up their game. Servers are always welcoming and hard workers. If you haven’t been there in a while, you should get it on your dining schedule. If you’ve never gone, get there. Easy to get to and a great night out!
