"My experience was less than stellar. Three times I have gone to Juniper Grill trying to try their spit fired chicken. First time they were out. 2nd time, I asked immediately, and the waitress tried to hold it, but they had just run out. The third time there were 4 left, the waiter asked to hold one for me, but the kitchen gave it away. Three strikes this place is out. I ended up ordering a campfire chicken sandwich on Ciabatta. The ciabatta was so stale that it was inedible. The French fries were delicious. My husband's fish tacos were nothing special. Service was good other than the wine was so cold I had to warm with my hands to appreciate it. French fries are not enough to make me try a 4th time for spit fired chicken."

"It's hard to give a review of this location because the food was excellent however, The staff is completely overwhelmed at this location the business far out weighs the number of employees. As a result we had to wait 45 minutes for our food to arrive. While this is not a fast food restaurant, it is a sandwich shop, this is way in excess of the amount of time that someone should have to wait to get food. I need to stress that in no way is this the fault of the employees it just seems that they are overworked and understaffed at this location. The sandwich I got was amazing but certainly combined with the amount of time I would say it was not worth the wait."

"We were seating about 15 minutes past our reservation time. It took another 5-7 minutes to be greeted at the table and receive menus. After ordering a few drinks, it then took another 7-10 minutes for the server to return with the drinks and take our order. The courses came out at odd intervals, with the appetizer coming quickly and the salad following well after the plates had been cleared. The pasta again was a while before coming out. However, within minutes of our pasta plates being cleared the entrees were brought out. We have dined here before and really love the food and ambiance, but last night did not meet the mark of our expectations for what we have come to know at Arlecchino."

"So for my personal experience, this pizzaria did NOT live up to its hype. PROS: The Staff is very friendly, attentive. the restaurant is clean, and well maintained. Plenty of exterior parking. You can purchase alcohol CONS: Had no idea how it worked when we got in. No signs telling you to seat yourself or order 1st??? People were sitting in the front tables it looked like they were waiting for pizza (they were). Order, pay, sit. FOOD Split Opinions in from our party of 3. The Salad ordered a whole salad for a 3 way (adult) split. Do note the first word in the description is lettuce but good luck finding lettuce in this bowl. Each of us in the dining party said the same thing. Being honest, it was like a stick of pepperoni a bag of cheese with a cup of chopped peppers threw up on the salad and lettuce was pretty much nonexistent. Disappointed. Pizza We opted for 12 cut, 16 . 1/2 cheese, 1/2 bacon and pepperoni. Generous pizza, with a very light, flaky crust, cooked perfectly. The CRUST IMO was the best part of the pizza. Beyond that, the sauce is way too SWEET, (and I am comparing this to a North Hills pizza place in Wexford with a perfectly balanced sauce fyi) Maybe I should have gotten a veggie pizza without sauce ? There were leftovers. After 1 piece I was left wondering why all the hype? Drove 38+ minutes for sub par pizza a no lettuce in the salad. Would not go back. We have heard that we should have gone to the other location? Not sure that would make a difference. See photos. This was a Saturday night visit."

"Overall, the food was amazing. Service, still a work in progress. First time experiencing Arleos. Called in and asked if they had any deals with a hoagie and pizza or two pizzas. They said no. So proceeded to order, a whole Steak and Cheese, and two LARGE pizzas. (One veggie which is a gourmet and one large pepperoni Initially the girl, seemed new, because she was charging for each item on a veggie pizza, individually. Understandable, as she got clarification and fixed it. She said the food would be ready for pick up in 45 minutes. Went there around 35 minutes and paid for the food. The pricing within their waiting area said: A gourmet pizza and a MEDIUM cheese for $29.99 and there didn 't appear to have an expiration date on the coupon. I asked why my price was almost double, at $58. The manager explained they haven 't updated their prices since COVID, which again is understandable. He gave me the discount from the coupon which amounts to $3.xx off. Very happy at this point. (Also for clarification, if the girl said there was a gormet pizza and a medium, for almost half the price I would have gotten the smaller size second pizza, from large to medium to save roughly $20. I left after waiting 1:20 minutes, when I was quoted 45 minutes. The owner/main chef apologized for the miscommunication and gave me a slice of cheese cake for the miscommunication and for waiting so long. Normally, I wouldn 't leave a review, because they were very busy, had some new people, and they tried to 'make things right, ' but as I was leaving the owner said that my steak and cheese hoagie 'was shuffled inline. ' So I was 'punished ' for asking why they had different pricing messaging. I assume it was 'shuffled ' for either asking about the incongruent pricing messaging or it was given to someone else, so I don 't think that is good business, when the communication problem is entirely with the establishment. The food was good and worth the price. Just was not happy with being punished and waiting so long for getting different prices on the phone and when I went in there. The manager/head cook said he would be removing the different prices."
