"It's hard to give a review of this location because the food was excellent however, The staff is completely overwhelmed at this location the business far out weighs the number of employees. As a result we had to wait 45 minutes for our food to arrive. While this is not a fast food restaurant, it is a sandwich shop, this is way in excess of the amount of time that someone should have to wait to get food. I need to stress that in no way is this the fault of the employees it just seems that they are overworked and understaffed at this location. The sandwich I got was amazing but certainly combined with the amount of time I would say it was not worth the wait."

At about 9 a.m., the staff went in and told us that they would close (I thought they were closed at 10). They made the food and were very nice and food was great.

We took the staff, were friendly and quick to help me eat. Your brisket sub with cheddar has a lot of taste, and it's especially savory. By the way, it smells SO GOOD there.

One you go to the firehouse will never go back to one of the other Fast Food Sandwich chains. Not only are their sammys hearty and tasty they have a cool hot sauce bar and they benefit from first answers, so it is a victory all around. You also have the best Dill Pickles that come with any sandwich. View menu

Great in-store service. Ordered on the app for pick-up, food was ready amazingly fast. My only issue with this dining experience was that I paid in advance with a credit card (in-app), and received an approval of payment notification, but when I picked up my food they said that the transaction never went through. I had re-do the payment while on premesis. I was worried that I would be double-charged (thankfully, I was charged correctly). Overall, good.

I was disappointed in my first experience at this location. I had been looking forward to trying their sub. Unfortunately it wasn?t possible after watching the older gentleman behind the counter continuously wipe his nose in food gloves and didn?trealize that he hadn?t taken them off. I walked up to the counter several times?Hoping to see this action. I just need to stopbeing polite and just refuse the order ????, but I didn?t want to look like the customer creating a scene. Needless to say?that???????? got thrown away and I Picked up dinner from another establishment. ZERO ?? is my rating? I can?t rate food that was notto eaten.
