"However, over the past year and a half, a lot has changed. Our orders are almost never correct—the meat is often piled on one end or in the middle, and the toppings are frequently wrong. To top it off, the staff sometimes spend their time chatting and joking around about their personal lives, which can be distracting. Today was one of those days. Although the staff was quieter, our sub was still messy.
I can’t continue to pay for such a disorganized meal. Please get it right! Our small, quaint town has very few sub shops, and unfortunately, you are losing many customers—both local and non-local."
