"We went in to Firehouse subs for the first time last night. I have to say hands down best hot subs. When we walked in we were greeted by all staff. Their staff is amazing, super friendly, very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Our kids loved the subs with the cute fireman's hat. My husband and I ordered the Smokehouse beef cheddar brisket...Beyond amazing. No question that we will be back. *Watch out Jimmy John's you may get smoked out*"

I went to Firehouse for lunch and went through the ride thru. I had ordered an Italian and was charged for the wrong order they did not repair, but when I asked about the right sandwich, they replaced it with another wrong sandwich. The lady in the car was very nice, just seemed confused. I didn't know the sandwich was wrong until I had to work.

Just have give a shoutout the the new Firehouse Subs in Carson City! They have the nicest staff and so very helpful! We had to come up with lunch tomorrow and called them after 4pm to make an order for 50 people last minute #whoops! Joel the GM was fantastic, super friendly and pretty much amazing assisting with a large order with such short notice. This is the kind of service that deserves a special shout out...
