"Where do I even begin. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt like this brewery delivered so below my expectations, it was worth writing a review. I’d like to start by saying that there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. We ordered food and beer at the same time, after asking about our beers after 20 minutes, they were finally delivered to us. We ordered the broccoli appetizer and two mains. It was requested that the cheese on the broccoli be served on the side as one of our people has a dairy allergy. The broccoli was brought out 30 minutes after our order was placed with cheese all over it. The server told us “I know you asked for it without cheese but I was thinking you could just pick around it.” We said no, we have a dairy allergy, that won’t work. It took another 15 minutes for the new broccoli to be served. When we got it, it was burnt and not cooked fully through. We then inquired about our mains and were told they’re almost ready. After another 15 minutes, we requested the mains be served in to-go boxes because we didn’t have the time to sit around for another hour while the staff figured out how to cook two meals."

"This restaurant boasts a delightful atmosphere. The setting is calm and soothing, making it an ideal place to catch up with a friend over lunch. However, I wouldn't say the food is outstanding. Priced at around $25 per person, it’s fairly reasonable for a fast-casual dining experience, but the real draw is the ambiance. The downstairs area is quite pleasant when the dining area is busy. There is some outdoor seating available, although it could use some improvement; outdoor dining is most enjoyable when the space feels comfortable, and the seating didn’t look very inviting. Overall, it's a nice venue for good company and a decent option for takeout lunch, but I wouldn’t say it’s particularly remarkable. With a bit more focus on seasoning, I believe there could be significant enhancements, as the staff clearly has cooking talent; I suspect they might be limited by their employer's flavor guidelines. It's also a great spot for Instagram photos if you have a friend with basic photography skills."

"Out of my quick surgery, and me very hungry we drove around looking for something out of the ordinary. I am a total foodie, good cook. We found Flower Girl restaurant. Trendy, happy atmosphere, bit noisy, but happy people enjoying their food. Friendly attentive waitresses/waiters. We walked up to order from the extensive exciting menu. It seemed to have everything fresh so my eyes immediately lit on the yakasaba bowl with vegetables. My husband had his usual salad. They gave us a number and we went and found a seat very short This delicious looking salad was sat down in front of my husband, and then they sat this amazing bowl in front of me It had very juicy flavorful looking udon noodles tossed in with a variety of fresh, barely sautéed rings of carrots, bell peppers, cashews, smoked small pieces of chicken thighs, which I don’t usually eat, but these were delicious. The more I looked the more goodies I saw in the bowl. Sesame seeds, bell peppers, onions, so much I can’t remember. Now usually. Eat half a bowl of some thing and I usually take the other half home. Just not that hungry most of the time. But today that bowl was so delicious that I couldn’t quit eating it. So good I ate the whole bowl. now my hubby liked his salad also. I highly recommend this place. If you want to try something out of the ordinary, fresh scratch made in house instead of frozen things You need to try this place I give it 5 1/2 stars out of five. Y The food was reasonably priced and my large bowl of udon and veggies was about $15, and I think my husband‘s salad was about the same. Their iced tea was delicious with lots of choices of flavors. You can eat inside or they have a patio with misters for coolness. Apparently, and I’m excited to know that, there are several locations around the Including Gilbert. "I actually had Flower Child catered for my bachelorette last year, per recommendation of a friend and it was delicious so I was determined to try the restaurant again. I came here with some girlfriends after a day out shopping and it may have been the bestdecision I made all day because my God, the food was BUSSING!!! I got a very tasty chicken wrap (bird with the word) paired withthe red sangria with a side of the sweet corn and quinoa *chefs kiss* the sweet corn and quinoa is a MUST! I inhaled my foodwith no shame. I wish there were more of these locations around the city which is my only con! Highly recommend to anyone... noregrets!"

"Be prepared for average food at inflated prices. We were there twice in one day and had two different waitresses...we often had empty drinks and requested items were repeatedly forgotten by both girls. Location is very convenient for a game but everything else was just average. I also didn’t care for the block of times where you couldn’t make a reservation."

"I absolutely love this place. They make it easy for me to choose what I love. You can only call ahead from the parking lot. My favorite dish is the vegan artichoke salad with lemon tahini dressing. They grill the artichokes and serve them with arugula, romaine, avocado, corn, radishes, fresh dill, and sunflower seeds. I like to add tofu to mine. The seasonal items, like the caramelized pear salad, are always extremely fresh. The Mother Earth Bowl and Thai Dye Wrap are also delicious. They are able to modify many dishes to be vegan-friendly. "The food was great. Loved the flavors and how they were paired. I ordered a Lychee martini and it felt a little premade, a little on the sweet side more of a cocktail rather than a martini. The Prime rib was delicious! The grilled peppers added so much flavor to the dish! They were so good. We also shared the Bok Choy! Highly recommend it! The service was on point, from being prompt to checking periodically with us at the right times. We could tell management encourages Teamwork and the entire staff works very well with one another to enhance your dining experience. The noise level at this restaurant is high due to the construction of it, high ceilings, so there is a lot of background noise making it hard to hear the person in front of you. We were lucky enough to sit by the window and could see the pool and guitar, so it was pretty and lovely. We enjoyed our evening and will definitely be back."

"We dined in and had a good experience until we ran out of pita bread. The bread is cooked and at the counter to be picked up by customers as needed… usually. There was only a couple for my families 6 sides of humus and when more pita was made we went to get more so everyone could eat the $20 meals each we already paid for. As we were getting the pita the manager stopped us said we must PAY MORE for the pita to eat the hummus we already paid for while other customers were able to get more pita without transaction. When we told the manager nobody else has to pay for more pita and we didn’t get enough for our meals he looked away and ignored us like he didn’t care. I have never been ignored and declined peta for humus we already paid for and will never come back here again. I am still in shock that I have to buy pita bread from the grocery store and the manager of a restaurant straight up ignored a customer because he knew he was wrong for charging for pita that should have came with the humus on a $20+ plate. Shame on this manager for the terrible service and I will no longer be dining here or recommending this place to anyone. I wish I could take the tip we paid them back for this disgrace of service. Charging post transaction for pita bread on $20+ plates…. Really???"

"By the time I realized my salad had been drenched in dressing, I felt I had to reorder. The woman at the counter was very helpful and offered to make me a new salad. I have to credit her—she was professional and seemed to be the only one who understood what was going on. However, I still don’t understand how my initial order, which was supposed to have no cheese, was handled incorrectly. Once my order was finally right, the food was good. I hadn’t intended to leave a review so soon, but after we finished eating, my friend and I went to wash our hands before leaving. While she was in the restroom, I overheard a kitchen staff member shout, “PLEASE LEAVE!” at me so loudly that the rest of the team started laughing, clearly at our expense. I’ve never experienced such poor service before. I sincerely hope management addresses this and invests more in staff training to ensure they truly understand what customer service means."

"For only the second day after opening, overall a good experience. French onion soup was very good, perfect flavor, very warm but not steaming hot. Both entrees, Beef short ribs and scallops were very good, would order both again. Being the second day, the entrees dis come out slow, but well worth the wait. "We were in the area for an event and decided to stop at this little gem. I ordered the Cauliflower Risotto and The Avocado something or other. Lol. I honestly cannot remember the name of the wrap. The risotto was delectable! There was a hint of spice that enhanced the flavour completely. The wrap was larger than I expected and was paired with a side salad. We also tried the aged Mac and cheese. It was delightful! The cheese was sharp, but in the best way. I have nothing bad to say about this establishment. We will definitely stop by again to try other menu items."

"The room with large windows facing Arthur Avenue is our favorite place to relax in the Little Italy section of The Bronx. The service is both friendly and efficient. In addition to the beer selection, there’s a wine option that is truly appreciated. Don’t let the can fool you; the Malbec is actually quite good. "Tried Flower Child for the first time two nights ago. My son got the steak plate well done with mashed potatoes. It was delicious. It’s been hard finding something he can eat, that he likes and is healthy. The customer service was good and the ice is like Sonic or close to it. He has not been feeling well. It was so good that we decided to have it again two nights later. This time was the worst ever. The potatoes were extremely salty. That was the first issue. Then he was eating lumps which isn’t totally unusual for potatoes and this restaurant doesn’t beat them. After eating 6 lumps of potatoes that were extremely salty, he realized they were not lumps of potatoes but huge cloves of garlic. They were soft from cooking. But 10 huge cloves of garlic in a side of mashed potatoes is a bit excessive. They were not smashed or thinly sliced. Excessive amounts of garlic can be a blood thinner. So if someone cannot have extreme amounts of salt and/or on a blood thinner, this meal could have been real serious. We will not be back.Parking: There is plenty of parking. If you take your ticket in, they will validate so your parking is free."

"All I can say is the experience would have been AMAZING if the service was better. Ordering food at 8:40pm (reservation was at 8:30), but not being served until after 10pm is simply unacceptable for a birthday celebration. I was forced to request that our food be boxed up to be taken to go after waiting so long. The dj was great, ambiance was perfect, but we starved. Didn't get to enjoy eating at the restaurant t all. We were given drinks, but even that took 15-20mins per guest. We were told the kitchen was closing soon when we ordered yet many guests who arrived ordered after 9pm had food before my guests and I could see they ordered similar items so it made the experience poor. I literally paid over $250 for my guest to be annoyed held hostage waiting on food.This unfortunately was the 1st time I did not tip a server. After all, there was no service."
