"I come here every week with my special needs students for a work study trip we take to Gateway shopping center. We eat lunch before we go back to our school. The shift manager Carly is consistently and persistently obnoxious and rude. Yelling and snapping at customers is unacceptable especially when you have made a mistake with my order and I’m simply addressing it. This has happened on several occasions which is disrespectful to our student group as we have been doing this trip for over 4 years and now unfortunately I will probably stop coming here. The management is unbelievably unconscientious of customers yells regularly responds with aggressive remarks when asked to correct mistakes completely unacceptable for somewhere serving food and responsible for making customers feel welcome. I don’t know why Carly is even allowed to interact with customers with such a nasty demeanor. Avoid this location. The young girl on the register is the only person that is kind at this establishment l."

"Their food is a good price but service is kind of slow so don’t go here if you’re in a rush. I went there around 5:00 and ordered a large smash fries and they took 12 minutes to make it even though there was only 2 people there. There is only 2-3 workers at this place so the service is slow and there’s only 1 person working in the back so your food takes long to make. Overall I would recommend going to this place since they have good food at a great price but not if you’re in a rush. They also only serve burgers (meat only), fries and tater tots, and a wide variety of drinks; if you don’t eat burgers or fries I wouldn’t recommend you going here."
