"Their food is a good price but service is kind of slow so don’t go here if you’re in a rush. I went there around 5:00 and ordered a large smash fries and they took 12 minutes to make it even though there was only 2 people there. There is only 2-3 workers at this place so the service is slow and there’s only 1 person working in the back so your food takes long to make. Overall I would recommend going to this place since they have good food at a great price but not if you’re in a rush. They also only serve burgers (meat only), fries and tater tots, and a wide variety of drinks; if you don’t eat burgers or fries I wouldn’t recommend you going here."

Loved the double bacon smash burger and the smash fries. The fries were tossed in rosemary garlic and olive oil. So good and a very reasonably riced dinner option in Brooklyn or anywhere@ ?

The Triple burger combo with fries was pretty good . I also ordered a side of onion rings and they were extremely oily, the batter was disgusting therefore simply not edible.I will likely order from here again but I won't waste my money on the onion rings

I ordered for the first time this evening, delivery was great. However I was only able to take two bites, because it did not taste like beef at all. And if it was it was old meet. The taste was discussant. First and last time I will order from them! Not a fan!!

that wait for eating was very slow, although I only ordered small horses and there were not many people there. the bank was very rude and unfriendly. the food is good, but every time I was at this place, that was waiting unreasonably long and the service was terrible. View menu

It was enjoyable. Food is always good. Service is good but make to check your bag of food before you leave. They do have a tendency to botch your order here and there! Also....though they have gotten better, be prepared to wait a bit as they are making your food fresh.

The dining experience at this restaurant is consistently enjoyable. While prices may be slightly higher compared to other fast-food chains, the quality of the food surpasses that of similar establishments. The newly renovated Smashburger has resulted in a fresh new look, as seen in the updated photos posted.

This restaurant is consistently messy and disappointing. It is not worth $10 and is quite disgusting. The staff is completely incompetent and the owner doesn't even realize that employees from the Brooklyn Hospital eat here every day. The inconsistent quality of the food will surely deter customers from returning. View menu

Smash Burger is a great option for vegetarians as well. The best location can be found at Gateway Mall in Brooklyn. I decided to give the Downtown Brooklyn location another try. Unfortunately, the tables are always dirty and my burger was not hot. Due to Liu Street being nearby, there are often many students in the area.

This is absolutely the worst burger I had in my entire life.I ordered a bacon cheese burger with Avocado it came with tomatoes.perfect right? Absolutely horrible their was enough salt to prepare an huge roast beef.I took it back to the cashier and she said they hear that quit often that it's salty she apologized and said they'd give me a new order without salt.It was still extremely salty and the burger was like moist cardboard. The French fries were over cooked and old.I'm no fan of Macdonald or any fast foodburger chain, but I give then five stars for the food actually having some flavor with the salt.Go at your own risk .

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
