"Four of us made a reservation for 1:30 PM on New Year's Eve. After we were seated, it took about 25 minutes for someone to approach us and take our drink orders. We waited another 30 minutes before the drinks finally arrived. One person in our group ordered a beverage but received only a third of a glass, with the explanation that they were switching the keg. The drink was Fairy Nectar. After another 15 minutes, our waiter and the bartender returned with a different glass, stating that they were having issues with the keg changes. Ultimately, the person ordered a different drink altogether. By that time, we had finally placed our food order as well as an order for an appetizer. It's worth noting that there was only one other table occupied in the restaurant. After our order was taken, we waited about 45 minutes for our main courses. The appetizer, however, was never even acknowledged. My spouse and I have dined here a couple of times before and have never experienced such poor service. If I choose to return, I would definitely prefer to sit at the bar rather than in the dining area."
