"Unfortunately we will no longer be eating here. On Monday 8/12 we stopped in to have dinner not the best service but it happens, but food was great as always. This has always been our go to family restaurant….not anymore! My husband went used the men’s restroom a guy came in that was from the kitchen, used the urinal after he was done NEVER washed his hands went right back to work. We were done eating when my husband went to pay he asked to see the manager, he explained what he just witnessed, how utterly disgusted we were that we will not be back! He was on his way to go see who in the kitchen was responsible but then got a phone call. We don’t know if he ever addressed this in the kitchen because we left while he was on the phone. I’m not one to post stuff like this but I feel it should be put out there. With everything that was pounded into our heads when Covid hit Im surprised at this."

"I recently had dinner at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The price per person was between $20-30, which I found to be reasonable for the quality of the meal. The food was top-notch and I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating. The service was also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff that made the dining experience even better. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great, I would rate it 5 out of 5 as well. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a fantastic dining experience."

"I've been a loyal customer of Fevola for years, and I've consistently enjoyed their food. Everything on the menu is delicious, but my favorite item has to be the Buffalo chicken wings. Having gone to school in Buffalo, I know how incredible wings can taste, and Fevola's offerings are on par with the best wing spots in Buffalo. The owners and staff are both friendly and professional, and they prioritize the safety of their customers and employees, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. After placing my order, they inform me of the price and the pick-up time. When I arrive, I simply call again, and a staff member brings my order right to my car. Everyone is wearing masks, and I feel completely confident that my safety is well-protected."

"I have to say honestly, this place really has to bring him together. it's about the 4th time I was at this place and it won't be better. I will not go back. the service sucked, was not friendly at all, had to wait for more than 30 minutes for my meal and it wasn't even right. they want my advice not to drive the additional 20 miles to sedals where it is better or to the city."

"On May 5th, 2022, the service at this restaurant was extremely poor. The server was slow in bringing our food, our drinks were not prepared correctly, and we ordered drinks on the rocks but only received one, which arrived late and almost finished with our meal. The male manager displayed arrogance and made inappropriate comments to my family, who were in town for my brother's funeral. He mentioned that he had also experienced a loss in his family, but the only thing he could offer us was the subpar service we had received. Thankfully, Ms. Lisa stepped in to rectify the situation by refilling our drinks and bringing the correct order. Despite the manager's unpleasant demeanor, Ms. Lisa provided excellent service and even mentioned her wonderful son. She made sure our table was taken care of, despite the complaints from other patrons. Thank you, Ms. Lisa, for your exceptional service! On a positive note, the men's restroom was clean and well-maintained."

"Visited Applebee's on Airport Thru way, Columbus, Ga. Dreamed of a delicious Ribeye Steak with Salad and Potatoes. The climate upon entrance very inviting. The hostess was very pleasant and granted my wish of where I wanted to sit by the window. My Waiter, Mr. Legendary was very helpful in sharing what I wanted to eat and accommodating my wants. He is very professional,caring, not in a hurry. Returned several times to see if my food and accessories were to my liking. Legendary adds flavor to the establishment! I was introduced to the Manager, Ms. Katrina, who greeted me with a smile and invitation to please return. She was very courteous and caring. I will return in the future with friends and especially myself because of the niceness of Legendary. My meal was the Tomato Basil Soup, House Salad with Ranch dressing, Bread Bars and Alfredo Sauce, Lemonade/Water, Median well 12 Oz. Ribeye Steak, Mashed potatoes. It was all pretty and tasty to my palate. Had to gave a Goody bag to go home. A great experience. Also Legendary knows the Menu he shares. Sunday, August 13, 2023"

The deals that the have for 2 meals w appetizer is great 2 of the same great meals from the menu( as is they appetizer) but for a reduced price, there are 3 to choose from out of 3 price points. It 's definitely a place to go for good food and service is great, it truly is eating good, in the neighborhood"

"Our waitress, Hot, was attentive right from the start. She brought our coffee and sweet tea promptly, followed by a delicious meal! We enjoyed baked cheeses that were absolutely delightful. We shared the house salad and savored a fantastic lime chicken with rice. For dessert, my mom had the chocolate cake with ice cream, while I opted for a blonde brownie with ice cream. Next time, we plan to try the Tipsy Puree drink and explore more lunch options. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience!"

"This is not something I usually do as I have worked in the restaurant business for 23 years. Today my son and I came for lunch and we were greeted very promptly by a nice man(may have been the manager) we were seated and told that someone would be right with us. They were not busy at all and I do understand staffing issues, but it was 15 min before we were even approached for a drink. A young girl came over stating she was not a server but she was getting our drinks.. We finally got our drinks and waited another 10 minutes for our server to show up. She was very cold and short with us almost seemed annoyed we were there. We ordered our entrees and 2 salads. It took another 15 to 20 minutes before our salads were brought out again by the 1st young girl. Our food eventually showed up and and was definitely not prepared the way it usually is. We order the same thing every time. By this time our drinks were completely empty and our server Jenny C had no intentions of filling them as she began to walk away. I asked her for refills which she eventually brought although she seemed annoyed. She never came back to check on us although although our entire side of the restaurant was completely empty. I was very disappointed in my entree as I mentioned before it was prepared differently with A different sauce. I did ask her to bring extra sauce and she brought a teriyaki sauce and flung it on the table. I poured it all over my pasta and chicken entree then realizing that it was teriyaki sauce instead of the honey barbecue sauce it was supposed to be. As mentioned before she never came back to check for me to complain. So $50 for a very disappointing lunch. We came here specifically for this meal because it is my son's favorite and we were celebrating him getting his license today. Jenny missed out on a good tip by being annoyed with us. Do better! Very disappointed"

"My husband and I went there for our anniversary and of course since it was on a Saturday, we knew there would be a wait and that was ok. Once we got a text saying that our time had come to sit at a table, we went inside from waiting in our vehicle which was no problem. We was sat at a corner table by the host that greeted us and waited for the waiter to come, we waited for 35-40 minutes on a waiter! A manager passed our table, and multiple waiters passed our table and flat out ignored us! Not even a simple hello Or I 'm sorry for your wait, we are extremely busy. ? no drinks either.....we just sat there! What a horrible restraunt!!! My husband and I walked out and Texas Roadhouse gladly took us in. Will not return!"
