"I was at Franklin's this past weekend and let me tell you, I am still in shock over the absolutely terrible, rude and disrespectful way my friends and I were treated there. I have been there many times and have never experienced this type of negative service. The waitress, whose name I don't remember, doesn't belong in the service business. I hope the owner sees this and does something about her. I also will not step foot in that place again unless something is done to right the very, VERY awful experience I had.
