"While trying to find a table we were like sheep in the wilderness. No one asked to help and questioned our being there when we finally took a table and flagged a waiter down. Menus were not forthcoming and when we finally ordered, the wine we requested was not available. Some of the food we ordered was not delivered with the simple explanation, we 're out . My pulled pork sandwich was a smear of sauce with a few shreds of pork. It was perhaps intended for my black friend who ordered the same thing and got a huge helping. Manager responded to my complaints by taking my plate away and swearing at me. Do we need this? I can make better food at home and, given the current economic climate, will. You should too!"

"I've given Ricky's Cafe several tries, but I keep leaving disappointed. Sometimes the place is empty and I get no service; other times the service is decent, but the food is awful. The prices are way too high—$6 for just three flat pancakes, and my potatoes and eggs barely filled half the plate. I requested cheese, but it wasn’t even melted. This will be my last visit. I’d much rather go to IHOP or Nevada Diner on Queens Blvd, both of which are excellent. The waitress was kind and did try to make up for it by bringing more potatoes, which I appreciated, but I still won’t be coming back. The toast was extremely dry, and I never received a coffee refill. Overall, a big letdown."

"2.5 really, but it 's a pandemic. Tried 3 different baked goods, best thing about all 3 was that they were buttery. Croissant not flaky, hardly any lamination, very dense. It 's almost like Pillsbury crescent rolls with butter added but not as airy more like a home baker who skipped a couple of the layering steps. Better off with Costco croissants. Apple turnover the dough was flaky buttery but not completely cooked, definitely not golden brown but pale. Apples were cooked not overly sweet. Best of the bunch. Cinnamon raisin roll used the croissant dough but added very dried out hard raisins, light amount of cinnamon sugar, again dough was very dense not layered. Not worth the money or the calories. Better bakeries not too far away, so I 'd give this one a pass."

"So I've only seen Casey's in mid west states till this one opened. When I lived in Kansas it was the only gas station I'd stop at except my local one. But I lived in a town of maybe 50 people total so my local store was really small. This one didn't disappoint though thats for sure. Same kind of service at the ones in Kansas.:"

"I was extremely dissatisfied with my dining experience. After returning home and opening the bag, I was shocked to find only a few tasteless pieces of food that I had paid an extra $4.95 for. The salad I ordered for $13.50 was disappointing as well, with minimal ingredients and lacking the variety that I had experienced in the past. The price of $18.45 for a mediocre salad was outrageous. Although I had been a customer for some time, I had previously stopped due to the poor quality of their soups. While the food is decent, the prices are far too high for what is offered. I did not feel that my money was well spent and would not recommend this restaurant for those looking for good value and generous portions. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and would like a refund."

"I have her turkey bacon croissant sandwich and let me tell you.... it must be the best in the area! I couldn't believe it was just $6.50. They must increase their prices safely. The young girl there was amazing, very friendly. I heard she cut the salad for my sandwich fresh. Look at how fresh this sandwich is. Many cut turkeys, the jalapeños were a perfect addition. Croissant was super fresh and fluffy. I highly recommend it!"

"This donut shop is just down the street from my workplace. They offer a wide variety of treats, from classic donuts to kolaches, including breakfast kolaches as well. I have never been disappointed by this place. Every time I've visited, they've even given me a delightful surprise bag, which is a nice touch!"

"I’ve passed by this place many times and never took the time to stop. I finally checked it out and was so impressed. My black coffee was great and the zucchini banana chocolate bread was INCREDIBLE it was moist, thick and the chocolate melted perfectly with every bite. I am looking forward to coming back to try more!"

"The restaurant was located in a hotel, and even though we had a reservation, we were greeted with a "seat yourself" sign upon arrival. The food was excessively sweet, including the calamari and the apple and walnut salad, which oddly had no greens. There was only one waitress serving the tables, and she brought our drinks one at a time. Overall, we were not impressed."
