"When I arrived, there were two cars ahead of me, but somehow, I received my order in under 90 seconds. As for the food, it's classic fast food, and it definitely hit the spot. I ordered the bacon melt with fries and an Oreo shake. The bacon melt was unexpectedly tasty, served hot, and the ingredients were well-balanced. The fries were fantastic—freshly cooked, perfectly hot, and delicious. My milkshake was a bit thick, but I guess that’s how they prepare it at Burger King. Plus, it was a well-made shake!
What truly stood out was the service. It’s easy to serve good food, but the level of service here really impressed me. The woman who took my order was quick, friendly, and efficient. I appreciated that I didn’t feel like I was inconveniencing her, which can sometimes happen at drive-thru restaurants. The gentleman who handed me my food and processed my payment was equally polite and attentive. He even included napkins and a straw in the bag, which was a nice touch.
The only suggestion I have is that I wasn't offered a receipt. While I know many people might not want it, I believe it should at least be offered. After handing me my food, the staff member also said goodbye politely, which added a nice touch to the experience.
I came to this location because my usual burger spot nearby has extremely inconsistent service and food quality. Despite being the only 24-hour place around, I often leave feeling frustrated. Some of their staff are nice, but the nighttime service tends to be particularly poor. In comparison, this Burger King provided a much more enjoyable experience, and I'll happily make the extra drive to return here during their operating hours."
