"The staff here was great to make sure that my somewhat confusing order was accurate. Dunkin Donuts is a pillar of society. I don't use Dunkin very often (I prefer my free coffee from my kitchen! , but if I have a caffeine drink outside my house, Dunkin is my first choice because I like to make some imagination (not really, something I can't, or not, at home, namely a Mocha Swirl Latte, either hot or icy, are my favorites, it's what I order every time. When I was there (one of my local DD shops on the other day, I met a friend there (this is the most common reason why I end up getting a coffee drink outside my house, I wanted to place our order before the arrival of my friend. I went on a long trip after this coffee meeting with my friend, so I wanted to order 1 Mocha Latte for now and 1 for the street, and decided to get an ice cold a hot one. Maybe that was a strange thing for the young women working on that day. I think I had asked at least 4 of them for clarity. Good of me! I'd rather ask if they get it right than suspect or assume to make it wrong! So Kudos to this group of ladies to be attentive! My lattes, both, were delicious, and the whole order was perfect. I would have given 4.5 if possible. (I give everyone very rarely 5 stars because that means there is no room for improvement I do not believe in. Good work at West Leb Dunkin 'Donuts keep the good work!"
