"Slid in the other day and grabbed a burger and fries with my wife. We were greeted and seated immediately. Manager came over shortly after to introduce himself. The food was great! Hot and freshly made. Servers were on the move constantly but not too overbearing. Our server was the best! The manager actually brought us our food and asked if everything was good. Bathroom was clean. Although a chain, mgr and staff made it feel very personal and unlike other chains. Keep it up Victor!!"

"Pizza more than earned a 5 star, not sure what the cheese blend is they use but YUM! It made a really good pizza amazing. We went on Saturday night and it was busy but we were seated immediately which was great...what wasn't as great was no one came to take our drink order for 15 minutes after seating but we were watching other tables get seated and drink orders taken immediately, not sure where we got missed but our service was kinda like that all night. Friendly staff when someone took time to check on us was just no one seemed to be assigned our table and felt a little ignored, especially when tables around us were being greeted quickly. I really hope this was just a misstep in service that night for us... we shall see because the pizza will have us returning to try more. We returned today and had a totally different experience. As soon as we got seated, our waitress was there to take our drink order. Service today was wonderful, prompt, and so friendly. I think previous trip was just a fluke"

"So I'm giving this a 4 and not a 5 for one reason and one reason only. The food is amazing, the staff is wonderful, the facilities are always clean. However, through a series of unfortunate happenstance, my foot was run over while in the drive thru and no one came to investigate. Literally hollering (because big truck, small foot) and not one person came to investigate. Not a huge deal, obviously, but still upsetting. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely. Chicken is bommb dot com. Just don't get out of the vehicle while moving through the drive thru."

"This is one me and my family personally go to on very special occasions and it never disappoints. I’ve tired tons of different items here all have been amazing. I’m not a food expert but the waiters are always nice. When at the grill the chefs are sweet and funny. That’s about it it’s just something my whole family has really always been able to enjoy"

"If you enjoy charred, burnt shrimp, then you might want to try the Kingsland pasta. However, the Bloomin Shrimp is definitely not bite-sized; if you’re hoping for something similar to popcorn shrimp, then you’ll be disappointed. It arrives in large, overly breaded clumps and tends to be soggy by the time it gets to your table. I would rate it 0/10 and absolutely do not recommend it."
