"I order my food which consist of 1italian original chicken sandwich meal; another iocs, (sandwich only), and a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich meal, both meals medium with tea... After sitting in drive thru 20 minutes I finally get to the window to pay the cashier, whom I then asked to repeat my order just to confirm we had an understanding. She then supposedly fixed it in the computer, after paying I made it to the 2nd window fairly quickly due to hasty service and spoke with the gentleman, whom then ask me what my order consisted of. I answered him, he took two sandwiches out of a bag, and traded them for two other sandwiches, handed me the bag and closed the window, 5 minutes later another employee tried handing me someone else 's order, I tell her all I 'm lacking is 2 large teas, she hands me 2 teas and I drove home, handed my wife her sandwich, which was wrong btw, turned out the sandwich they gave her wound up being ridiculously spicy, and that 's coming from someone who loves spicy food; my wife on the other hand suffers from chronic indigestion and heartburn, so she was obviously not too happy about it to say the least."
