"Some of the fries were hot while others were cold, and the chicken fries were tough and unappetizing. Overall, the food seemed stale, as though it had been reheated. Normally, we've had no issues with the Thomaston's Burger King, which is why I'm giving a rating of 4 out of 5 stars. They've always provided excellent and consistent service. Even though they were short-staffed during my visit, I wouldn't hold that against them. However, I've updated my review after a few more visits, and I believe this location truly deserves a 5-star rating, in my humble opinion."

The staff at this location have the worst attitudes. I'm not a fan of the food, but my son and mom love Burger King. However, they won’t be ordering from here anymore. Every time I try to place an order, it gets messed up, and the staff is rude. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here—go spend your money somewhere else.

I had a lovely experience at the restaurant. I brought three kids, all ten and under, and they loved the new playground. The food was tasty, although a little on the pricey side, but since I haven't been out in years, it felt worth it. Overall, I believe they deserve a 5-star rating! As for parking, it can be a bit tricky depending on which direction you come from; it can get tight, and you need to follow a one-way system. However, it was manageable.
