"I wish I could say something positive about my time at this restaurant, but I can't. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a complete waste of both my time and money. When I arrived, I was asked if I was going to be sitting down, and I agreed. After 15 minutes of waiting, I watched as three waiters passed by without acknowledging me. The restaurant was practically empty, so there was no reason for the lack of attention.
I politely asked if I could have a menu, and the waitress, who appeared to be quite overweight, casually replied that she hadn’t noticed me. I was sitting right in front of her! Another waitress made a rude comment as well, but I managed to keep my cool. As someone who travels frequently for work in the maintenance industry, all I wanted was a hot meal before taking a nap and catching my flight home.
To make things worse, I witnessed the Haitian manager give two large bags of food to a girl right in front of me, which felt incredibly unfair. Then, after finally receiving my meal, they forgot my toast and brought it out with my warm milk—how unappetizing. My food sat on the counter for at least five minutes while the waiters stood around, and I was left fuming as I watched them grab silverware right in front of me.
Beyond the appalling service, the food itself was the worst I’ve had at any Denny's across the country, and I’ve been to many. I highly recommend you reconsider dining here—save your time and money, and just grab a hot dog from the Circle K instead."
