"My husband and I had a disappointing experience during our visit. We noticed that the servers, hosts, and kitchen staff were gathered outside by the front door smoking. After we finished our meal, we waited for our server to return so we could order dessert. Instead, she placed the check on our table from a distance while walking by, wishing us a good night as she headed back outside. We also observed that servers were moving between tables without washing their hands. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our experience. Service: Dine-in."

"I went there to watch the Bucs game that wasn't playing locally, and even though they have many TVs, they only had the game on one TV the smallest TV in the place. When I asked if them to put on a bigger screen, they refused, even though there was another large party there that wanted to see the same game. When I asked for the manager, apparently that person wasn't on duty and the only manager was barmaid person serving the bar, who made me wait when I was standing at the bar for 10 minutes to get service. She refused my request stating that the TVs were pre-programmed for what game or horse race or golf tournament that was playing. I have never been to a sports bar that refused a request for a game to be put on. Also, they had an outdoor patio but no TVs on it. Back home all our sports bars have TVs on their outdoor patios. I was very disappointed because I paid for an Uber to go to a Sports Bar just to watch the Bucs game."

"I ordered vegetable beef soup and coffee. The soup was delicious, and the coffee was good too. I did have to wait a little while for a refill on my coffee, but the service was friendly. I've been here before and had excellent service, so it might have just been an off day for the staff member. I will definitely return in the future."

"First time we have been into this Denny's in many years. My husband and I both ordered the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. My son ordered the Fire 5 pepper burger. Becca our waitress was prompt and kept us informed about our salads as the chicken took longer to cook than the burger. The burger wasn't very spicy but otherwise our food was excellent as well as the service. I would have given 5 stars but they have gotten rid of the Cesar salad so now all you get is a plate of iceberg lettuce and that isn't very tasty."

"Food was ok. Service was good. However, when I got check I noticed I was charged two sales tax. I was taxed 10% on total food cost and another 20% on that total. When I asked why I was being taxed twice I was informed 20% tax was for gratuity. I’m pretty sure State law states any fees and surcharges must be clearly listed before customers dine in or order to go and must be listed as gratuity or service fee on customer bill. Not sure why gratuity was listed as a second sales tax on bill and why this automatic gratuity policy wasn’t displayed anywhere or why we weren’t informed of added gratuity when check was provided to us? My advice check your bill to check if tip has already been included with total."

"The wait staff was mediocre and didn’t check on us much. It was busy so somewhat understandable. The cook, however, David, gets 5 stars for sure. Worked his tail off back there getting orders ready, though they sat for a bit before being brought out. He had me and my husband cracking up, would visit just for dinner and a show again"

"We visited at 9 pm on a Friday night, 4/28/23. I have been to Denny's in 46 states. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Juan D. He was our hostess, waiter, drink maker, cashier, busser and meticulous cleaner for the entire restaurant. Yes he is an exceptional young man. All the while genuinely a bright light and a sweet energy force. I hope a the Food network puts you on one of there culinary shows and you become famous. You deserve every bit of wild success. Thank you for blowing the minds of everyone you serve. You are truly a class act young man! God Bless you richly"

"No regular tea, no fish, no salad We had to wait forever to be given menus and order. When we ordered we found out about the food items they didn't have that we were requesting (they probably ran out of other things too) It was around 730pm... When the food arrived: hard spaghetti noodles(like when they don't cook the ends), burned peppers but raw broccoli, no mushrooms on the bourbon chicken. We had to ask for syrup and silverware a couple times before it appeared. The 2 Waiters then left, just walked out and never came back. We had to ask for the check 10 minutes later from someone else. After waiting another 10 min, we we're finally able to cash out with another (3rd) cashier but they didn't give me a check to review just rang up. Total didn't sound right, so I asked for the paper copy and... overcharged $2 for each drink! (Like $12/13) She fixed it, we paid and left. Well over 30 minutes after wanting to depart! They mixed up the phone orders while we were there as well (we had the table next to the register, watched it all go down) One person got the steak dinner but there was basically only potatoes to choose from. $15 for a steak the size of a normal palm (not monster hands) and french fries...felt like a rip off!"

"This Denny's was cleaner than many others I’ve visited. It was a busy day, just two days after Christmas, but the wait for a table wasn’t long at all. When we were seated, the table was still wet, but they provided us with napkins to dry it off ourselves, which I thought would have been better handled by the staff. After sitting there for a bit, I felt a bit like a celebrity because people kept staring—it was amusing! The food was hot and well-prepared, but the service was just okay. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could have been improved. At one point, our server stopped in the middle of the aisle to chat with what seemed to be a friend for about 15 minutes, while other customers were attempting to get her attention. She was friendly, though."

"The best Dennys I've ever had. Seriously without exaggeration. The food tasted excellent and pleasant to the eye. The service was fast and they served us. The 2nd shift cook last night was the best food I ever tasted in all Denny's franchise history. At least I was there and I'm a truck driver. I was with many. The waiter was excellent. I can't remember his name. He was physically challenged, but his service does everything. He can be challenged with a disability, but his service was impeccable. Many should have a block of instructions on how to wait for customers.. A very good person and soul. I was glad he was waiting for us. Overall, this Dennys is the best I have experienced."

"Sad to say but my breakfast yesterday was nothing to brag about. My waitress was great but the food my omelets with hash brown horrible When I first saw the hash browns come to my table they looked extra crunchy as I ordered but I did not realize the oil used to cook them was at least a day if not 2 days old or at least it tasted that way. Did not bother ordering anymore as I didn't want them to have to redo all the oil trays but I should have. I'm one not to complain about food that often. The omelet had onions in the salsa that was not listed on the menu and I had explicitly said I can't eat onions. Most people wouldn't care with the salsa in there but it should be listed on the menu. Bathroom we're kind of clean but supplies were missing. Sorry to say I won't be eating there for a long time so I hope they still take my advice to heart But Tabasco sauce which I normally eat at restaurants was a strained creamy red color not the Tabasco color you would normally get in a bottle of Tabasco so I don't know what they put in there. -Mitch"

"We did a takeout order on October 31st and it turned out to be the worst experience ever. I ordered a Frisco burger and for some reason the website would only let me order fruit as the side dish. In the notes I asked for French fries instead of fruit and my burger well done. When we picked up our food I asked if they included the French fries and the gentleman who later said he was the manager said that he was confused about the fries but would make me an order. When I got home and checked my bag the Frisco burger was with chicken. I decided that I would just eat the sandwich and more on. I bit into the sandwich and it was tougher than any chicken sandwich I've ever had and I realized it wasn't cooked thoroughly. I immediately called the restaurant and I talked to the same guy who acknowledged that he was the manager, I told him about the issue and he said that my order confused him. I questioned why no one called me to ask if I wanted the burger since I noted that I wanted it well done, we could have cleared up any confusion before I arrived. I told him that I would bring it back on the next day and I wanted a refund. He agreed. When I arrived the next day, he didn't want to see the raw chicken sandwich, he never apologized for the food or the $5 a gallon gas I spent to bring it back, he wanted me out of the restaurant as quickly as possible. I emailed the corporate office the next day and as of right now I've heard nothing."
