"I went there to watch the Bucs game that wasn't playing locally, and even though they have many TVs, they only had the game on one TV the smallest TV in the place. When I asked if them to put on a bigger screen, they refused, even though there was another large party there that wanted to see the same game. When I asked for the manager, apparently that person wasn't on duty and the only manager was barmaid person serving the bar, who made me wait when I was standing at the bar for 10 minutes to get service. She refused my request stating that the TVs were pre-programmed for what game or horse race or golf tournament that was playing. I have never been to a sports bar that refused a request for a game to be put on. Also, they had an outdoor patio but no TVs on it. Back home all our sports bars have TVs on their outdoor patios. I was very disappointed because I paid for an Uber to go to a Sports Bar just to watch the Bucs game."

We like to go out for fish and chips. We were from out of town and decided to check this place out based on the reviews. The fish was undercooked and cold near the middle. View menu

Great bar with great food and great service! Brittany helped me and she was extremely nice and down to earth. She recommended the wings, boxcar style. I was not only happy with the quality of the food but extremely satisfied with her service. I will definitely be returning!

I arrived at 8:55 to pick up my pizza that I scheduled for pick up at 9:00. I was greeted by a bartender, and let them know I had a pick up order, and they said it would be right out. after 20 minutes waiting there. I finally got my pizza and it was poorly made and not cooked thoroughly.

I constantly get carry out from the Hebron location. I’m a K-9 handler for a bomb dog. So we work pretty much across the street. In the 3 years of getting carry out they have never messed up my order. It has always been fresh and hot and precise. Unheard of these days. Keep up the great work. You have a customer for life. We were overall unhappy with our visit here. The mushrooms appetizer was served frozen in the middle. Syrup mixture in the sift drinks was off. Other food was not hot and not great. Not sure I'll return to this location again. Other locations I have been in were much better. This was a third try at this location, so as they say, three strikes and your out. We probably won't return to this location

The young lady that waited on us was nice. The beer cheese is good. I ordered a spicy margarita and it did not come with the tajin rim. I told the girl that brought the drink immediately. Nothing happened. Our waitress came back never after 15 mins and explained the error to her. She said the other waitress told her she took care of it. She then brought me a new glass with the tajin and I dumped my drink into that glass. My wife ordered the strawberry, grilled chicken salad. The spinach and kale salad as described on the menu was nothing but iceberg lettuce. The waitress removed the salad and gave us a 10% discount. My fish sandwich was good my fries were ok. Overall not a great experience a...

"It does not make sense for one with a gluten sensitivity to go into a cafe called the Flour Girl Cafe, but if you say 'flour out loud, it sounds ilke flower, so, whatevah, guy. My goal was to coffee, coffee, coffee as Lorelai Gilmore does. Not bagel, bagel, bagel as others may do. But the Flour Girl Cafe is a curiosity, because for such a rural part of Connecticut, it has quite the independent spirit. And for a town to *support* a business like this, as Hebron is not a population center, is indicative of a healthy town spirit. The Flour Girl Cafe is sorely needed in places like Fort Fairfield, Maine, or a town center outside of the more urbane areas of a Southern region. It feels like a place where everyone can gather. Where people are welcome. It kind of reminded me of Star 's Hollow from Gilmore Girls. Star 's Hollow is modelled after a town in CT called Washington, which is west of Hartford, while Hebron is east of Hartford, but the feel of a town center is there. I parked in a lot and walked along a brick addled sidewalk towards the Flour Girl Cafe to get my coffee. Approaching it was wonderful, because you could see a lot of what the town of Hebron has to offer. But once I got in, there was a variety of places to sit, menu options to pick from, and a display case that would allow a glutenous customer to select from. A coffee was purchased here, hehe. But one can see where the time flies by when visiting Flour Girl Cafe. I recommend that you stop by here with a friend to see what Connecticut has to offer. Choose something from their menu, grab a beverage and walk along the town center. It has the feel of a quiet town, but it also feels like it welcomes everyone who might need a bite to eat, or at least, a coffee to drink."
