"I hosted four friends to dinner last night at the Tribute restaurant in the Houstonian hotel. Our waiter, Gonzo, was super accommodating and very friendly and attentive. And, the Food was exceptional!. At Gonzo's recommendation, I ordered the venison speical which he suggested would go best with our wine... it was a Napa Valley cabernet savignon, and it paired really well with the venison, which was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious. Everyone else started with a salad and ordered something different from mine, (the braised Pork Pibil, the Creole Bouillabaisse, the Wood-Gilled Redfish and the seared Yellowfin tuna), and all raved about their dishes. So, everything was perfect!!"
