"When you get the least expected service and excuses nothing works. I had a business dinner at this place in Miami, we were seated and took a few minutes our server arrived and kindly offer his expertise. We were there for sashimi, nigiri and some great sake. We order drinks to start out evening, drink arrive and our sashimi and nigiri, we waited over 45 minutes for our food, we noticed other tables that were seated after us were already eating.. The server did try to solve the issue by sharing that that the sushi was extremely busy and they were behind. I understand that but it’s part of the management team to be on top of their game and make guest aware of their challenges. I spoke to the manager and an apology was offer as well they did sent shishito peppers and truffle corn, I was there for sashimi and nigiri however, I didn’t say anything I tried them. Additionally I said let’s try a drink at the Nobi hotel bar and i was serve a fine Cazapa on a plastic cup the bartender share that they no staff to manage their dishes that day. Nobu what happened to you? I let corporate know about the experience,and To make matters worst management contacts me and state states that they tough that everything was ok! Absolutely it’s no ok."

"For those looking for the traditional diner experience, this place does not disappoint. I had the weekday breakfast, which is probably their best value, and has a little of everything. And everything was fine. I sat in the circular room near the front which is my favorite part of this restaurant. When I ate here as a kid, I was told to order the bacon “flat“ and that they would apply an iron while cooking it to keep it flat and make it extra crispy. The bacon was very good flat this time as well."

"The last 2 times we ordered delivery from this place, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for the order to be delivered. We had to call to follow-up after seeing no change in the order Status after an hour it was placed. We decided to give this place anotherchance, perhaps they were having one of those days . Today, 2 hours later, the food was still not ready. We will not besupporting this business any longer. How can you run a business like this? I hope this place closes down. "I've given it 3 chances. First, the burger was excellent but the panini's are not good. While they are flavorful, they are always soggy and mostly bread.The desserts are lackluster. I really don't get it. "After the “I don’t want eggs but I really do want eggs” debacle, we found ourselves at the Kaukauna Family Restaurant (KFR) right there on Highway (technically KFR is on Crooks Ave I was still in “no eggs” mode and forced myself to look past the usual omelets and skillets into the more carb-heavy section of the menu. The Alaskan Waffle (vanilla ice cream on a waffle) sounded really good, but also pretty heavy duty for such early morning fare. "From the moment we were greeted to the time we said goodbye, our dinner was nothing short of amazing! Faith, our server, made sure to educate us about the menus and wines. All suggestions were welcomed! The lobster tacos, and cheese bord were delicious! As well as the gorgeous scallops! But the braised ribs took the front lead! My husband won’t stop talking about them! Complimentary champagne for our anniversary was so nice! We’ve already recommended the restaurant to many friends and look forward to returning ourselves! "While trying to find a table we were like sheep in the wilderness. No one asked to help and questioned our being there when we finally took a table and flagged a waiter down. Menus were not forthcoming and when we finally ordered, the wine we requested was not available. Some of the food we ordered was not delivered with the simple explanation, we 're out . My pulled pork sandwich was a smear of sauce with a few shreds of pork. It was perhaps intended for my black friend who ordered the same thing and got a huge helping. Manager responded to my complaints by taking my plate away and swearing at me. Do we need this? I can make better food at home and, given the current economic climate, will. You should too!"

"Breakfast Bonanza! We recently visited Towson Diner after not going for a while, and we decided it was time to give it another shot. There was a short wait to be seated due to the busy atmosphere, but it was absolutely worth it! We went for breakfast, and I must say, everything was fantastic. The Greek omelette was incredible, and the pancakes and waffles were equally delicious. We all shared bites of each other’s dishes, and I can confidently say everything was excellent. The service was outstanding as well. I would definitely return. And don't even get me started on their desserts—wow! I’ve already decided what I’m getting next time after confirming that all their baking is done on-site. I highly recommend it!"

"I’ve been in Chicago for 4 hours, first time here. Booked a hotel near the airport. Went to the closest bar and they were closin down and they recommended Richie’s. We walked in and were instantly home. Found a spot on the back side of the bar and were served quickly. Halfway through the first beer Rich, the owner, came and sat with us and instantly bought us a shot. We stayed for hours while trading stories (mostly of NBA basketball as I’m a HUGE Utah jazz fan). Great bar, will go back in the morning before my flight and grub. Rich made us feel like family. Never thought I’d find southern hospitality this far north???"

"The food here is delicious. It's just that service is pretty slow. The line to order moves slowly as well as actually getting your food. I'm not sure if they need to hire more people or if it's just the process. The food is awesome. It's just hard to wait that long. It's literally a 2 minute walk from my job. I placed a togo order and waited and waited and waited. It took 17 minutes to get it! Once I got back to my office and ate it, the food was awesome. I ordered a chicken club w/fries. It was so yummy. It's one of the one places downtown that has fries but it might not be worth the wait. Unless I start calling it in."

The host service was terrible. I arrived to check in with a reservation I made a month ago and the host was rude, didn't smile, greet or welcome. She very seriously said she would be right with us then turned her back to us as she hung up the phone. When checking in I referred to my reservation and she said it wasn't there. she acted as though this was an inconvenience to seat us even though I had a confirmation number for the reservation placed a month ago. Once seated, the service was great. Our server was kind, sweet, and patient as we were waiting for our last part of the party. Overall it was a good experience, but being that the host is the first point of contact, she really had me nervous for the experience. She was incredibly rude, and didn't make a great effort to make us feel welcomed"

"Found this gem back in August and haven 't been able to last a single week without Buds Deli! Although I 'm still working my way through the full menu; the Italian sub, Tri-Tip sandwich, fresh pastries, and Jaclyn 's grapefruit salad, are a few among my Everyone Must Try list! "First visit to Urban Farmer. It was disappointing. The service was great but the food was mediocre. A highlight was the fried cabbage and potato tart, but the steaks were not cooked to our requested temps, were tough, and not particularly tasty. The decor is pretty casual, but given the cost, kinda strange. We really wanted to enjoy the restaurant, but a steakhouse has to deliver really good steaks!"
