"Had this once before, it was fine, not as good as Franklin bagel Pub but not that far off. This time my buddy picked it up from an online order, and this is just a sorry bagel for $16.25. They left out the tomatos I ordered and paid for. Amount of salmon is inadequate and poorly placed. Overall a subpar sandwich. My friend who picked it up also said it wasn’t a good experience picking it up, he had to wait around to get acknowledgement or help to make this pick up."

"I ordered breakfast delivery on Thursday morning. I got a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich with scallion cream cheese on a brioche bun, along with a cappuccino and a piece of skyberry crumb cake. The sandwich was quite large and had a nice amount of filling. I really loved the brioche option, which isn't something you find available at most places! The cappuccino was tasty, but it wasn't a true cappuccino; it had no foam and was more like a full cup of liquid, resembling a latte. The crumb cake looked great but turned out to be very dry and seemed overbaked. Based on other reviews and my experience with the egg sandwich, I will definitely come back to try more items from the sandwich menu."

"Horrible customer service, the worst experience here . I ordered a delivery through grubhub and my order was left at the wrong address. This is not the first time that this has happened but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was not the restaurant itself that was the issue. I had called to address this when it occurred in the past and I was told that they could not assist me because the order was placed through a delivery platform so I would have to contact grubhub. So today when it happened again , I did what they had told me to do in the past and contacted grubhub directly about my order. Grubhub told me they would process a cancellation because my order was no where to be found. Minutes after I got off the phone with grubhub I receive a call from Bagel Pub , with a women yelling at me for the cancellation. She was yelling at me saying because of me they weren’t going to get their money, and that I should have called them not grubhub so that they wouldn’t loose money. No matter how much I tried to explain that I did not receive my order and that i was following their instructions she did not care all she cared to say was I was loosing them money. Clearly they do not care about their customer , nor do they have good customer service , or even plain manners. The way she spoke to me was completely disrespectful. This is not the way to handle a business."

"Was nice to visit a specialty coffee shop which isn't just about the ambience. They do some quality pour overs with some nice beans. Was worth the trek to check it out. Great staff as well. Very friendly and recommended me a very tasty pastry which I won't out since I don't want it to run out when I'm in. Ask them if you really want to know ? hope they continue to do well."

"Entré de casualidad y hambrienta en La Bagel Delight, situado en la calle Lafayette en el barrio de Brooklyn. Ahora que redacto este rincón me entero de que hay varias Bagel Delight por la ciudad: mi opinión sólo se basa en la que probé! Entré a un lugar donde abundaban olores y clientes (pero sobraba el espacio para poder sentarme . Al acercarme al mostrador, pude elegir el tipo de pan que quería para mi bagel (blanco, de orégano, completo, etc , y de ahí qué bagel quería. Hay una gran variedad, desde cosas muy sencillas como el especial de desayuno por menos de 3 dólares, que es un bagel untado con queso crema y un café o un té, hasta cosas mucho más rebuscadas (con bacon, ensalada, atún, jamón, lechuga, lo que sea! . Lo único que le reprocharía al lugar es no tener bastante claras las distintas opciones, lo cual me obligó a hacer varias preguntas al vendedor que acabó cansándose un poco de mí y de mi mal acento ; Pero no le quita interés al lugar, para un desayuno o almuerzo típico!"

"They have a great selection of drinks and various cream cheeses available for purchase, as well as a variety of hot and cold sandwiches for lunch. I have always been completely satisfied after stopping in—the food and bagels are consistently tasty, and the prices are fair and reasonable. The service is fast and friendly. Keep in mind that they do sell out quickly and close early, so the best selection is in the morning. It's absolutely worth the trip, and you won't find a better place for bagels. Excellent work!"

"The shop was flooded with crowds in Sunday afternoon, luckily the line moved pretty fast. They took my order when I was standing in the line, so I could pay at the cashier and grab my order right away. It took me awhile to fight for a single seat, but Tompkin's was definitely worth the price and the wait.＊The Weezer w/ Everything Bagel and Scallion Tofu CCTHIS WAS FKING DELICIOUS. Guys, if you visit Tompkin's, grab The Weezer. It is the most signature combo among their various choices. It was sandwiched with thick chorizo, bacons, cheddar cheese, egg and cream cheese of your choice. The cheese pull was phenomenal! The chorizo was superb too but I prefer it to be spicier. I'd say pairing The Weezer with everything bagel was a bit too salty tho.＊French Toast Bagel w/ Espresso CCFrench toast bagel perfection. Being a caffeine addict I go for anything with espresso, so I ordered this beyond doubt. God it tasted heavenly, more like a bagel dessert. Espresso cc was creamy, sheer satisfaction. I can have it with my americano every day. They offer 3.75% off if you pay in cash. Two bagels costed me $18.62 in total. Pricey af, but shut up and take my money!My Recommendations:The Weezer (a must), French Toast Bagel w/ Espresso CC if you are a sweet toothWorth Returning ? "The restaurant is now open until 8 pm on Friday to Sunday and until 6 pm on other days. You can enjoy a nice and affordable dinner here. We tried the dumplings which were really good, especially with the great sauce! Breakfast at this restaurant is fantastic, it's our favorite place to go. The fruit served with the breakfast is fresh and delicious. The French toast is one of the best I've ever had, with a custardy texture and perfectly cooked crispy edges. The crepes are also excellent, especially the fresh apple crepe. The cappuccino is delicious and beautifully made."

"I had a wonderful bagel sandwich from the Bagel House! Chose this over quite a few other options based on other good reviews and was not disappointed! Seems a bit like a hole in the wall joint but it’s well worth it. Large bagels and a lot of great variety of flavors plus a lot of custom options for your sandwich. Endless possibilities. "I want to try new things, but not just for the sake of trying something new. Like I've never thrown a crayon at my car before. I haven't done this because I haven't seen the value in it, but maybe I'm being too close minded. Throwing a crayon at my car could give me the perspective I need. Maybe I'm not throwing crayons at my car because deep down I'm scared about what I'll learn about myself if I do. Or I'm not doing it because I'm scared about what others might think. It's not common place to see a grown man throwing crayons at his vehicle. Anyway, when I saw that this place had an oreo cookie bagel, it felt a little like throwing crayons at a car. It would have been a new experience for me, but I don't think it would have added value. I could be wrong, maybe I'll try it next time. I ended up getting what I always get, a veggie breakfast bagel. It was really good"

"I recently discovered this charming bagel shop in Walnut Creek and I have already been twice. It has surpassed the chain bagel places I used to frequent. "I am a huge fan of Bruegger's Bagels; they offer the best bagels in Southern California. I've sampled numerous places but always find myself coming back to their locations. "I have to tell you that todays order, was the perfect! My bagels were actually warm upon delivery. I have to say that todays bagels were the best. Literally that Ive ever had in my life. The everything bagel was so well seasoned and warm and chewy. The lox cream cheese spread best Ive ever had. Not dense and heavy but light and wicked. Now, the whitefish salad, again the best Ive ever had. Equivalent to a jumbo lump crab cake with no filler. Amazing, fresh and delicious. My iced latte, again a hit! Now, the pizza bagel, again amazing. The only thing I could say is not a lot of sauce and not much cheese. But quality great taste delicious."

"This is one of those annoying places where there's something on the menu I love (lox sandwich) and I always get that, but then I'm waiting to pick up and I see the sign for the Tunisian omelet and think I should get that instead. I love my lox sandwich on a garlic bagel, but they also have pumpernickel. Or I want just something sweet and I know not cinnamon raisin, because that's common. But do I do blueberry or chocolate chip? What if I got a cinnamon raisin bagel with cinnamon cream cheese. The bagels, by the way are SO fresh. They are delicious, all of them. The smoothies are really yummy. The fruit salad is fresh with tons of kiwi. The staff is very friendly. My order is always correct. And I love that I can order on the bus and pick it up on my way to my office."

"Seems like restaurant staff needs to be sent back to school so they can learn a thing or two about customer service. I understand there can misunderstandings from time to time but staff should be polite and humble, especially when I have not raised my voice or spoken rudely to them. The way they talked to me was as if I committed a crime, absolutely ruined my day. I never got my order and hate to give them 1 star but reading other reviews I think their food and drinks must be good so feel free to try them out."
