"Horrible customer service, the worst experience here . I ordered a delivery through grubhub and my order was left at the wrong address. This is not the first time that this has happened but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was not the restaurant itself that was the issue. I had called to address this when it occurred in the past and I was told that they could not assist me because the order was placed through a delivery platform so I would have to contact grubhub. So today when it happened again , I did what they had told me to do in the past and contacted grubhub directly about my order. Grubhub told me they would process a cancellation because my order was no where to be found. Minutes after I got off the phone with grubhub I receive a call from Bagel Pub , with a women yelling at me for the cancellation. She was yelling at me saying because of me they weren’t going to get their money, and that I should have called them not grubhub so that they wouldn’t loose money. No matter how much I tried to explain that I did not receive my order and that i was following their instructions she did not care all she cared to say was I was loosing them money. Clearly they do not care about their customer , nor do they have good customer service , or even plain manners. The way she spoke to me was completely disrespectful. This is not the way to handle a business."

One of the best bagels in Brooklyn. Very courteous and friendly and got everything right in a huge order I had of 10 different peoples bagels. View menu

Good bagel, HUGE selection of cream cheeses even tofu versions. They go heavy on the cream cheese too. Friendly and quick service. Moves fast.

Apparently this place considers this an acceptable shade of toasted. It was burnt like this on both sides, as was my girlfriend’s bagel. Not sure what happened here, but I recommend checking your bagel before you leave.

Prices here are literally insane. Went to add avocado to my BEC sandwich. Adds $2.20. Literally can buy my own avocado for that price. Other toppings are the same. Get more than one topping and you might as well buy the entire restaurant. View menu

I ordered a toasted bagel with tomato and cucumber I actually brought my own egg Bc last time they said if they cut a hard boiled egg in half it’s considered egg salad and my bagel is close to 10 dollars. So…I bring my own now 7 dollar egg is just too high for me. But now I got one slice of tomato and a ridiculous sliced cucumber from the juicer section and it’s Not toasted 4 bucks! This sandwich was 4 dollars! Would you pay 4 dollars for this?!

Came here for the first time while visiting Brooklyn, I was looking for a quick bite to eat bagel pub happens to be the closest place for just that. It’s a cute small little joint. Unfortunately there’s no indoor seating that’s all outdoors. I, created my own bagel sandwich, so I got an everything bagel toasted with roast beef, eggs, and pepper jack cheese with salt and pepper. This was the closest thing to my go to place that I grew up on in New Jersey. A steak, egg, and cheese on a bagel. When an opened the foil to try the bagel. I was surprised to see how cheesy the sandwich was and how it was massive full of roast beef and eggs just the Way I like it. Pricing was good. Just around the sa...

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
