"My wife and I go to Lookout grill every so often to just hangout and have an outdoor meal (important during COVID times). The view is pretty nice and the service is usually quite good. But the food seems to go downhill each time we go. In Jan 2022, we went for a casual sunset dinner and found the menu had only 5 dinner choices. We chose a ?straight up? burger and a turkey club. The turkey club was a very simple lettuce sandwich with some tomato, a slice of bacon, and a thin layer of deli turkey. For $17, this was an insult. Burger was of poor-quality meat. We sometimes wonder if they?ve just given up on the restaurant and will eventually just shut it down ? such a shame, since it used to be a fun place to go to dinner. Used to be my wife?s favorite dinner destination ? we probably won?t go back again."

"my wife and I had an early dinner here when a Saturday event ended early. we had missed it at lunch, so we started with her beech. crispy thick potato chips with beer cheese meat and gravy that are definitely worth a try. she had an Irish mule and I went for the rob burns, both were excellent. she enjoyed her enough that she had a second with her fishing and chips. the fish/chips were good and the accompanying claw was excellent. I had my first brain cake. in principle a meat cake with potatoes as top crust. good taste and very filling. as we missed the lunch we splashed and shared a brotpudding that was one of their favorite desserts. it was more like a combed french toast than a conventional brotpudding and it was the perfect finish. krispy and sweet on the outside with a very nice taste and texture inside. we stopped here a few times before the pub farewell and we were never disappointed. we will be back and I can recommend this place without reservation for casual fun and good eating."

"We absolutely love San Tan! The food is fantastic, and my partner enjoys their selection of beers. However, I have two points to note: first, they only serve their own vodka, which I’m not a fan of, so it limits my options for adult beverages. Second, it can get quite loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. Despite these issues, I still give them a solid 5 stars because the food and service are top-notch!"

"Horrible customer service, the worst experience here . I ordered a delivery through grubhub and my order was left at the wrong address. This is not the first time that this has happened but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was not the restaurant itself that was the issue. I had called to address this when it occurred in the past and I was told that they could not assist me because the order was placed through a delivery platform so I would have to contact grubhub. So today when it happened again , I did what they had told me to do in the past and contacted grubhub directly about my order. Grubhub told me they would process a cancellation because my order was no where to be found. Minutes after I got off the phone with grubhub I receive a call from Bagel Pub , with a women yelling at me for the cancellation. She was yelling at me saying because of me they weren’t going to get their money, and that I should have called them not grubhub so that they wouldn’t loose money. No matter how much I tried to explain that I did not receive my order and that i was following their instructions she did not care all she cared to say was I was loosing them money. Clearly they do not care about their customer , nor do they have good customer service , or even plain manners. The way she spoke to me was completely disrespectful. This is not the way to handle a business."

"I reserved a private room for my wedding reception, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The food was fantastic—many of my guests remarked that it was the best wedding meal they had ever experienced. The ambiance was also lovely, creating a beautiful setting for our celebration. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive; there were three, sometimes four, team members assisting our group of over 50 guests, and they were always available and eager to help. For vegetarian options, they offered an Impossible burger and a variety of salads. Overall, an exceptional experience!"

"I've never been disappointed by a family owned and local source? Restaurant. This place obviously lacks in many areas from organization to food to poorly trained staff and the worst of all General Manager. If this place will serve mediocre food at a fine dining room price, they should at least take some pride in the taste and presentation of their entrees. I don't know how she's having the store of $45 for a pizza that comes over hard boiled and sloppy. The noise in this place is ineffective, I know it? a big restaurant, but it wasn't even the volume of guests who bothered, it was the food runner who like a hyenas every time she laughed. I think the worst part of our entire experience here tried to talk to the General Manager. She lacked personality and rhythm. Talking to her about our problems was completely pointless and she is the main reason why we will never return. I thought you'd have to have respect and care for customers to run a restaurant, but it's obvious here that you don't. From reading other reviews I saw that she previously served pizza from the ground and I was horrified to hear that someone who would do such a cruel thing would lead the restaurant. Whoever shames her boss would be embarrassing to have an employee, let alone a manager like her. It is obvious that money comes first and good customer service and quality food comes last."

"The food was average, although my expectations may have been high because the food at the Library that closed down in Novi was always great. The service was what you would expect with a shortage of workers. The bar was packed I assume there are many regulars. They give you a ton of fries, but both times we ate here they were barely warm and the sliders were overcooked. Although the food was average bar food, we will still go back for drinks and a burger."

"This was a true surprise as I was invited here by a friend. I am a bit of a snobby Anglophile so I chuckled bit but wanted to have lunch with my friends. What I saw tasted was real British food run by a real Brit ... with some caveats .... We had: Scotch Egg (so yum I ate one before I shot a pic) Shepherds Pie (a bit runny) Beef Bourguignon pie (delicious but french) Steak Mushroom (intense perfect) Sunday Roast Trifle PRO: Honest UK Food. When it's good (pies) it's good Reasonably priced Delicious food Great portions appearance CON: I sadly can not suggest the Sunday Roast. Overcooked, roast potatoes had no skin and the veggies seemed boiled ? Panko on the fish and chips? For shame ... you know you need to fry fry fry! A bit dark, but it's a true pub! A bit loud, but it's a true pub! Avoid the trifle, (sadly no one liked this, it was all whip cream) SUMMARY: Enjoyed the food here, didn't enjoy some of the food here. Pie compares to some I've eaten in London. This was a true pub in the sense of taste smell. The bonus is that if you like any of the condiments you can get them next door at Friar Tuck (the British store)."

The colourful display window definitely excites all bagel lovers!The shop always invents new special spread flavors which never bores you. If you are a sweet tooth, you could order mixed berries or oreo fillings served with blueberry or raisin bagels. Giant size which could hardly be grabbed by one hand! While egg everything bagel is less desirable (looks more like a sandwich). "Awful awful awful! We ordered onion rings and they were very dark brown, and the color was because of grease not the way it was cooked. We set the onion rings on the white plate. There was dark brown grease on the plate and then we were thinking. Maybe the food would be fine but the burgers were so salty. We did not eat them. I told the waitress we did not care for the food and you could tell that we did not eat it, she gave us a five dollar discount because we still ordered food and we still ate it even though it was obvious I only took one bite and my daughter didn’t eat her food at all. The waitress told me was unhappy with the food I should have stayed home and cooked"

"My friend and I went to a show here for the Anachronicals. It was a great set and lovely atmosphere. Their music really suited the small cozy atmosphere will. It was a great turnout as well. The food was decent. I had come here before for lunch and my friend had gotten the fish and chips and they were nice, hot and crispy. I ordered the fish and chips this night and two were stale, one was good. So, I kind of cut my losses with that... We also got the mark Portugal sandwich that wasn't as good as we thought it would be, especially being one of their signature dishes. For it to be an open face sandwich, it didn't have enough going on to be considered an open face sandwich IMO.. It was like a subway sandwich, that you could fold, and still eat without a mess. Vegetables or something on top would have been a welcome sight. We also got the guv'nors mousse . Unless you're a super chocolate lover, I wouldn't order this, as it is a bitter chocolate.. My friend wanted it more so than I did, so that's what we got. The little chocolate sticks that come in it, were perfection! ?I would have preferred the boozy cake or the chocolate chip cookie pizza with ice cream. They were out of the cider that my friend wanted to order as well, so that was a bit of a disappointment! But he settled for a Guinness and enjoyed it. He said that it was a perfect pour! I know nothing about the pour of a beer, but apparently this one took the cake! So, if you're looking for a bartender with a perfect pour, they have one!"

"Went to the Smiling Dog for Brunch on Sunday after Church with my good friend who's like a little brother to me and I was not disappointed. I had the Full Monty. Which consisted of a small bowl of grits which were cooked perfect not runny at all, my eggswere scrambled but you can get them cooked however you like them, two slices of bacon, a link of sausage which I did not carebut try it anyway you may like. My friend that I was dining with enjoyed his sausage link. The other items on the plate were twopieces of French toast which were delicious and some small pieces of potato squares which were good. Our Server Victoria wasoutstanding. She did a phenomenal job of serving us. The atmosphere was quiet which I liked. There were lots of TVs to watchand you can either sit at a booth or a high top table which I always prefer due to the fact that I'm 6"2 inches tall. There arealso pool tables and some dart boards located in another room adjacent to the dining room. I highly recommend the Smiling Dogrestaurant formerly called the Londoner."

"Been there often this past football season. Service is below average slow. Good drinks and food. Could be so much more and so much better. Location for games is awesome. People are nice. Guy I went with is somewhat of a professional bar customer so tospeak couldn't stop talking about how much better they could do and what he would do differently. "Overall 3.5 stars The service was good and it has a fun atmosphere. We came during off season and were sat right away. We ordered 3 different dishes to share: turkey mushroom burger with tots, fish tacos, and French dip sandwich (salad on the side). Pros: The turkey mushroom burger was super yummy the sauce was flavorful and surprising and the asiago bun was soft and the bits of cheese were nice and salty. The other delicious thing was the au jos for the French dip was sweet and salty and full of nice depth and onions that were caramelized. And the service was great overall friendly staff who accommodated our many requests. Cons: the rest of the food was uneventful."

"I wanted to see the college football on Saturday night. stopped by corner pub. we expected that we need to wait as many of the nashville restaurants are short workers and fight to provide a good service. what a pleasant surprise we had! michael the host was very friendly and dedicated all the time while around the seats of each party as soon as possible. he found us a very prime medium and then he checked several times in the evening to ensure that the server was attentive, etc. we were amazed (completely with what happened at pucketts a few weeks before dinner.) our waiter, gage, was also fantastic. he quickly took our first order and then checked back frequently. apologizes immediately when a beer slowly arrived and we liked the food we ordered far beyond the expectations of our bare food. Finally, we were impressed that the entire staff tried to help each other by running out food/drinks for each other. that may sound silly to make such a big thing, but restaurants and bars have a very hard time to get good help. these two, you guys made, made a great job with a very friendly job and did not run to stop for the 3 hours we were there. we both tipped them extra to make our evening so pleasant that they stayed home like so many other people. please recognize those who work hard (and be patient if the dinge don't go perfect)."

"After I lived in franklin for over 8 years, I don't know why I've waited until today to make my first visit to corner pub. we have to have gone hundreds of times past it, and my wife often asks me if I have ever been there. I had a rare Wednesday free of work today and this morning she asked why I did not try this place for lunch. the meat and three for $11 is a very reasonable lunch, and it was all very, very good. the woofer rings were huge, the greens well seasoned and tasty, and maisbrot soft and easy made. if it had been a little later, I would have ordered some of the bar I sat close and it looked like it was well equipped, including a good beer selection. I sat right away, served immediately and in court, and I'll be back soon."

"I started my meal with the hot chicken chunks but requested to switch to a hamburger, and they happily accommodated my request. Unfortunately, the hot chicken chunks were overcooked and had a burnt taste, which the waiter mentioned is a common complaint. The parking situation was a bit cramped, but the ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic. The service was exceptional, and I have to say, the cheeseburger was spot on and absolutely delicious!"
