"We were staying at The Cardinal and had lunch in the restaurant. It was so disappointing. The service was super slow. I suspect it was mostly due to the kitchen but while we waited we weren’t offered another drink or anything else. The French onion soup broth is good. The onions were not caramelized though. The cheese was high quality. The chicken sandwich was both burnt and cold. Quite an accomplishment really. For a $19 sandwich it was underwhelming. The waitress asked if we wanted it remade but after waiting 30 minutes for it the first time we didn’t have time. We didn’t eat it. So, we left hungry. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4"

"I have been to this place two times now. Each time the waitresses have been super nice and provided great service. The atmosphere is nice as well. It has a nice downtown Winston-Salem vibe. However, the most recent time my wife and I were here I was a little disappointed. My wife (Vegan) loves pho and likes to order their Tofu pho bowl. When the food came out we noticed a few beef and chicken pieces in the pho. We bought it to the waitresses attention, she apologized and bought us out another one. Upon further examination we realized it was the same bowl and they just picked the few chicken pieces out. We sent the bowl back a second time and found another chicken piece!! The third time this bowl came out we realized they just poured the broth out a little bit!! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager did come over and finally make us a new bowl! Very frustrating it took four times before my wife got the correct plate she ordered! Not a good way to retain customers and this will be the last time I give Thai harmony my business. "This restaurant offers a great menu with delicious options for both meat and fish. I tried the 4oz filet mignon with two side choices and found it to be well-prepared and perfect for those with smaller appetites. The fig and apple crisp with vanilla ice cream was a generous portion and had amazing flavor, perfect for sharing. They also have a nice variety of wines, including some more budget-friendly options. The modern design with glowing tin ceilings creates a nice atmosphere at night, and the lovely wood trim around the windows adds to the ambiance. The restaurant is also very conversation friendly, making it a great spot for a pleasant dinner out."

"While visiting the Winston-Salem, NC area. My hubby and I got a chance to dine at this lovely establishment without a reservation. We had a 30 minute wait, and boy was it worth it! We took the first available seating, which was outside dining on a chilly evening; however, they provided personal heaters and blankets to each guest! The service was outstanding and the wine and entrees were amazing. If we're ever in the area again, this establishment will definitely be on the itinerary."

"The Saltwater Grill has been a Galveston staple for some time. I was encouraged that the menu has been updated with new items, while preserving some of their best offerings - I swear the Shanghai Delight is laced with Prozac because I'm always happy when I eat it. This time I tried one of their new "naked" offerings, hoping the fish would be allowed to shine. I had the grilled redfish, which was done perfectly - the very thin edges were a little crisp and carmelized but the fish was still moist and flavorful. I did miss the bread - this was one of the few restaurants in town that started with something with substance, so I was quite disappointed when a little crock of crackers appeared instead of bread. The restaurant is very noisy - I was ok hearing my companions but certainly couldn't hear the server well."
