If I had been immunocompromised, I might have faced hospitalization. As someone who works in the food service industry, I find this situation incredibly disappointing and completely avoidable. Furthermore, as several reviews have pointed out, this establishment appears to have copied the branding and business model of the real Sourdough Co. This is Sourdough Bread Company, not the genuine article. It’s baffling to me how this can be legal, and I’m surprised they haven't faced legal action yet."
