Always tasty food. Today I happened to be the 100th customer. The manager announced it, rang a bell and told me I got a free cookie. Wish I could do that with the Lottery. ;

Kaden provided excellent service! He quickly brought out my sandwich and expressed how pleased he was to see me at this location, claiming they make the best sandwiches. He truly went above and beyond. This guy deserves a raise!

The restaurant is nice and clean, with friendly staff. The restroom is beautifully designed. I've noticed that the toilet liners need to be positioned with the metal distribution facing down, as that’s the correct way for them to work effectively. The decor is calm and relaxing. I haven't had the chance to try the food yet, but I plan to do so on my next visit. View menu

What a letdown. The service was just mediocre. We were new to the area and looking for something quick but not your usual fast food. We ordered two bowls of soup, but they were barely the size of a small cup from an ice cream shop, yet they charged us nearly $10 each for them. We should have gone to the restaurant next door and placed a to-go order instead. It felt like a total rip-off. If the soup had been amazing, it might have been worth it; but it was just average—nothing memorable. We won’t be returning.

I have two main points to address. First, the customer service is extremely poor. As someone in upper management in the industry, I believe the management here needs to encourage their employees to speak up, as they barely communicate above a whisper. Second, it’s quite frustrating when the staff behind the counter informs me that I can't split the payment on my order, especially since they are using the same point-of-sale system that allows for it with just the push of a button. I suppose you get what you pay for in terms of staff quality.

This place has good sandwiches, but I have to leave only 1 star because of the shady nature of this business. I just found out that this place is NOT Sourdough Co!!! Yes, they are using the logo 's and all of the same design layouts that the REAL Sourdough Co uses, but I assure you that it is a completely different business all together 'Sourdough Bread Company ' is the real name. Again, I am not complaining about the food but the simple fact that they have actually stolen another businesses branding just blows me away and if I could give zero stars I would! I had a disappointing experience at what used to be my favorite sandwich shop. I've been a loyal customer at this sourdough place for over a year, and I've always enjoyed their sandwiches and service. However, during my visit today for my usual lunch (I can't get enough of their bread), I encountered terrible service from the staff. I felt rushed while placing my order and didn't feel welcomed at all. The employees seemed disinterested in their work, and the woman who appeared to be the owner or manager was loudly scolding them. It's disheartening that I now have to drive an additional 10 minutes to the town center for a sourdough sandwich, just hoping for better service.

I experienced a severe illness after dining at this restaurant, which raises serious concerns for me. It suggests one of two possibilities: either their ingredients are expired or contaminated, or the staff aren’t following proper handwashing protocols, leading to cross-contamination. If I had been immunocompromised, I might have faced hospitalization. As someone who works in the food service industry, I find this situation incredibly disappointing and completely avoidable. Furthermore, as several reviews have pointed out, this establishment appears to have copied the branding and business model of the real Sourdough Co. This is Sourdough Bread Company, not the genuine article. It’s baffling...
